  I am in the market for a new roof. However, if their work is the done the same way as they drive on the highway, I think I'll look somewhere else. When they are tail-gating vehicles on highway 1, and driving recklessly, does it occur to them they are driving a company vehicle? Is this the same level of professionalism they would have on my roof? What if they start road raging on the roof? It stands to reason if they drive like an idiot on the highway, their work is questionable.

  I apologize for your experience Auxle. Believe it or not we do discuss this with our people and ask them to be cognizant of it. May I ask if you happened to catch the unit number on the back upper corner of the tailgate? That or maybe the colour or make of the truck? Even the approximate time and location would be helpful as we could track it. With any of that we can have a direct conversation with the individual. I'm hesitant to say their driving habits are indicative of their work as I know our quality and standards, but aggressive driving is not appropriate and unnecessary and I would like to speak to them about it.   We had them do our 3 condo roofs and have had nothing but trouble with them and they will not stand behind their work.

  They were scheduled to to do an estimate and they canceled at the last minute , even though I called a week previously to confirm they be out. They stated they now too busy .

  Hired Racka Roofing to replace the shingles on our house. They were EXCELLENT to deal with! Everything - from getting prompt quotes, having shingle samples dropped off for our selection, the crew showing up and completing the work on time and all office billing and contacts were done precisely, politely and efficiently. Very happy with their work and highly recommend Racka Roofing!

  Racka Roofing is a fantastic roofing company. Shoutout to Nolan who was awesome in doing the estimate and communication was great. Top notch crew who completed my shingle job and it looks amazing.   Right from the time of the quote to the finish everything was done quickly and in a professional manner. Care was taken for my garden and property. The cost was very reasonable and I am 100% pleased with the overall experience and would definitely recommend this company.

  I got a new roof plus siding done in June. Very+++ pleased with it all. The crews worked efficiently with time and cleaned up so well you hardly knew they were there! I thoroughly recommend Racka if you're thinking of renovation work!
