Did not conduct the full job that they promised to do. Extremely unprofessional when we reached out regarding this issue. Do not trust them, we will be moving forward regarding this issue:

If you trust them, you will regret. I am taking them to the court now, I can’t write details here. My huge lessons learned, do not trust this company.

Horrible and unprofessional. After finishing repairs on my neighbours home, HIT my PARKED vehicle head on and then tried to drive off! I literally had to chase him down only for him to refuse to pay the damages. Ridiculous!!

Unfortunately, our roof is leaking again. This means that this company will have to come back again for the 4th time. I hope they can fix it soon. Very disappointing. I have added a photo of the inside damage, that can't be repaired until the roof is fixed.

I asked for the quote for repair of our roof which was basically change of flashing. I personally did not like his approach as he was asking to give the job to him as he showed up and visited the site. He never mentioned anything on the …

Thank you very much for sharing your experience. your flashing is in good condition, no need to change based on my experience. Two people went to your house by your request, provided the possible leaking reasons. We did not charge a penny. Since it is a small job, no need for us to go and come back hence asked you to decide. You said you will think about it, we left your house, not sure what else you are asking me to do to satisfy you. I accept one star if you think i deserve it. R2 Roofing

Ray answered me promptly and gave a quote that was in line with final price. The quality of the repair was top notch. I had a turbine replaced looks like it was always part of the roof. Highly recommend ray and his team at r2!

Ray's team did a very good job, initially replacing a part of my roof and then in 2 years replacing the rest. Ray is a very professional and attentive guy. All work was performed flawlessly to my full satisfaction. Heartily recommended! Added a picture just to show what guys working on the roof do in the event of a sudden shower. They covered the exposed plywood with a tarp and have hidden themselves under the tarp as well.
