  I wish I could give them a better review. They did a great job on my roof and I really thought they were trustworthy, but I think their office staff is completely unprofessional.

  Unbelievable!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Last week I called them to ask if they could replace my attic fan. I spoke with Richard directly to explain that our usual handyman said it would require a roofer due to an issue. He assured me that he is very honest and any issues or anything additional would be discussed up front. He sent over a quote for $850 that I had to sign and send back. My husband was home when a very kind gentleman from R.M. Banning came to replace the attic fan. He replaced the fan but told my husband that we would need to hire an electrician to come out to connect it. My husband was required to remit payment of $850 at time of service. When I heard from my husband, I called R.M. Banning immediately. Richard first tried to tell me that the $850 estimate didn't include hooking the fan up to electrical because they "aren't qualified electricians" but that he knows one who can hook it up for $100. So I requested a refund of the $100 that would be required for the electrician because he had assured me that his estimate included everything to replace an attic fan, thermostat, etc... He adamantly refused because he "only made a couple of hundred on this job" and tried to placate me by saying, "I understand that you're disappointed that your house is hot." No, I am "disappointed" that he charged me $850 for a fan that doesn't work! He argued that he had given me a "top of the line fan with a warranty." A fan that does. not. run. He then tried to blame the secretary who sent me the quote by saying, "She must not have explained it correctly to you." I reminded Richard that I had spoken to HIM that day to explain the issue we were having and he had assured me that he is "very honest and up front with everything." I told him there is nothing honest and up front about charging me $850 for a fan that can't run! He then offered to "make things right" by sending the same man back out to connect the wires. He said, "It's very simple. We just train our guys

  I asked for a quote online for a single shingle repair. They quoted me $600!! My brother is a roofer and said it would take you longer to get up the ladder then to complete the job. (He lives across the country so unfortunately I couldn’t just get him to do it) I got three other quotes all for around $200 from other companies. I was able to get the job done for $80. Ridiculous prices.

  JC and his crew were amazing to work with! They were very caring, hardworking, and made time to address any/all concerns. Everything they mentioned and did to fix our roof problem made sense; I didn’t feel like there was any up-selling. I would recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

  I'd definitely recommend this company. They promptly responded to our call after we had a leaky skylight. Their technician arrived within a day to assess the damage. He gave us a very thorough and honest assessment. Compared to another company who we contacted for a quote, Banning came in more affordable and up front. Will contact them again if we have a roof issue.

  Needed repair of a cedar shingle roof--complicated roof with a bunch of dormers and planes. Gave a quick estimate, came on time for the service call and left a clean yard and a water-tight house. And stuck to their budget.

  I just had 3 residential windows replaced by R. M. Banning. The installation crew, consisting of 4 people did a great job! They were very courteous, very professional, and very fast. Thank you, Jose and crew for your fine workmanship! Big thanks also to Charlie Isom for the estimate, and also to Alejandra Solorzano for keeping me informed throughout the process and answering all of my questions! If you are considering window replacements, I strongly recommend R. M. Banning! Not only am I impressed with their work, I received estimates from 2 other companies and R. M.
