  I booked an estimate time telling them that I would be in the office until the afternoon and we agreed at 1pm. Marcos the estimator showed up at 10:30 while I was still at the office and tried to sell my wife a new roof without looking for the original problem that I called them for. Very unprofessional.

  I called this company to get an estimate on a roof repair job. When the estimator showed up, he didn't have the ladder needed to get up to my roof. Tells me he'll be back in 30-40 minutes. He NEVER SHOWS BACK UP. I called another company to get the job done. 5 days after this (4 days after the roof is already repaired), these guys show up to check my roof out. They didn't have the decency to ring my doorbell or knock on the door, just went up to my roof. I kindly let them know the job was already done and their services were not needed. If this is the level of professionalism they have, I have no idea how they are rated so highly. I wouldn't recommend them to fix a hole in a bucket, much less a roof.

  Called about an estimate, and signed a contract for gutter repair and cleaning. Then they never called, never showed.....for over a month. I continually had to chase them down for status. I finally gave up and cancelled the contract. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

  They came to give an estimate and to look at work that was still under warranty. They set up an appointment twice and never came. They do not honor warranties, they do not respond.

  We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by us not coming out to do the repair on your property. But i would like to make a correction. the issue you had was not due to work done by us previously, you asked us to provide you with an est for repairs on your gutter which i told you would be $450.00 you told me to go ahead and do the work. unfortunately i was not able to take care of this as soon as you needed.(so for that, i am sorry). but to say that we do not honor our warranty is misleading and false.

  I have called this service 4 times over 3 days, at the recommendation of another professional, and have had no response to any of my calls. There does not seem to be a developed sense of costumer service.

  Couldn’t recommend R+G more highly. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and the entire process felt seamless. Their crew was incredibly professional and had a buttoned-up system that made a major roof project feel easy. They did great work, kept everything organized, cleaned up thoroughly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in both their work and the customer experience. We’re extremely happy with our new roof and would absolutely recommend R+G.

  I called them for a roof repair. Jose inspected my roof, explained the issues and solutions, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I was happily surprised because that's not the usual roofing company experience I got before. Excellent customer service!

  Siding replacement and Painting Lorenzo and his team of four guys replaced a substantial portion of tongue-and-groove wood siding on our house. They did a great job and worked quickly and professionally, and also painted the new wood siding. We especially appreciated that Lorenzo ordered 12 feet long wood from Canada that was practically free of knots. As a result the painted walls look perfect. I would use R&G again and highly recommend them.

  Great experience with R & G who repaired a leak on my flat roof. They sealed and secured the roof, all within a couple of hours. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient.

  Excellent work, highly recommend. Replaced a very old garage roof with years of tree damage. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Honest estimate and the crew was on time, worked like a well oiled machine, and cleaned up thoroughly. The finished roof looks looks so good and we couldn’t be happier!

  Lorenzo's team has done four major renovation projects (full 3rd floor including full bathroom, 1/3 of first floor including kitchen and half-bathroom and mudroom, 3/4 of the basement and 2nd floor expansion of a full bathroom) in the last 20 years on my 115 year-old house in Maplewood. They also gave my roof a "haircut" -- removing Yankee gutters, re-sloping part of the roof and installing standard gutters with leaf guards. They do great work. They start on schedule and end on schedule. They are reliable and polite. The work is always done to code and the workmanship is great. They go out of their way to minimize the impact on my family while they are working on a project. The pricing is great and they don't nickel-and-dime you when there are little surprises/adjustments. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation.
