The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for R & D Roofing Ltd. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

**Google Review** I couldn’t be happier with my experience with R&D Roofing. From the very beginning, these guys were professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. They showed up when they said they would, kept everything on schedule, and completed the job exactly when they promised. The quality of their work is outstanding. Ryan clearly takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. The crew also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward—once they were gone, you honestly wouldn’t have known they had been there. It’s hard to find contractors who are this dependable and take this much pride in their work. I would highly recommend R&D Roofing to anyone needing a flat roof. Great company, great workmanship, and a great overall experience!

After a few annoying leaks, It became obvious that my 27 year old tar and gravel roof needed replacement. After some research and a recommendation, I decided on R&D Roofing. It was the right choice. The workers were professional in explaining the new type of roofing and the process as it went along. There was no sense of rushing the job and the area was kept clean.I was pleased with the results.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on R & D Roofing Ltd. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
