  We had a wonderful experience working with Shelly at Queen Bee Roofing. Her communication was outstanding from start to finish. She walked us through the entire insurance claim process, even staying on the phone with our insurance company to help make everything as smooth as possible. She was also present when the insurance adjuster came to inspect our roof, which gave us so much peace of mind. She was knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer our questions. Every question or concern we had was addressed promptly. The final roof looks great, and we couldn't be happier with the results. She provided pictures and updates throughout the day of the roof replacement, which kept us informed every step of the way. We truly appreciated her guidance, honesty, and dedication throughout the entire process. We would recommend Shelly and Queen Bee Roofing to everyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company!

  Excellent service! A vent cover was blown off resulting in a hole in my roof. Queen Bee Roofing responded to my evening email immediately and was very efficient about inspecting the damage and giving an estimate. The work was completed quickly and it was well done. I appreciated the quick response and the high quality work. I strongly recommend this company and the fabulous owner. She is reliable, honest and responsive.

  We had an outstanding experience with Shelly Hendricks and Queen Bee Roofing & Contracting. Getting a new roof through insurance can feel overwhelming, but Shelly made the entire process easy. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helped coordinate with the insurance company, attended the roof inspection, and guided us through all the paperwork and lender requirements. When Allstate initially approved only a new roof and downspouts, Shelly proactively identified issues with our gutters, submitted a supplemental claim, and successfully secured approval for a complete gutter replacement as well. Communication was exceptional throughout the project. Shelly kept us updated via text and with drone photos and videos showing the progress of the work. Before the project even started, she provided AI-generated images of our home with different shingle colors so we could confidently choose the best look. The roofing crew was professional, respectful, and detail-oriented. They carefully protected our landscaping and pool area, kept the job site clean, and paid attention to every detail—even painting the roof vents to match the new roof color, and perfectly reinstalling the DirecTV dish. Before the roofing project began, we were preparing our home for sale, and Shelly also helped coordinate her contractors for drywall repairs and painting. The quality of their work was excellent, and that experience gave us even more confidence in choosing Queen Bee for our roof and gutter project. If you're looking for a contractor who communicates well, advocates for their customers, and delivers excellent workmanship, I highly recommend Shelly and Queen Bee Roofing & Contracting.

  It was a pleasure working with Shelly, and her paint guy, Simon, getting two squirrel holes covered in the eaves of my roof. They showed up on time and really care about the quality of work they do. The estimate was reasonable and the board they used was higher quality than on my house. I'm glad I called her, you will be too.
