One year ago this company formally known as Bullett proof roofing took the job on the place where I live. When they started the siding job I was told it would be finished in two weeks . The house was stripped of all of the sidding and 6 months later I was still waiting for it to be finished . In the process of this there were items that were destroyed and stolen from us .The total amount was over 1600.00 dollars . I was told it was not going to be paid for Pete told me this When he came to this property and saw me he walked away . Wouldn't accept responsibility for the actions that his crew did . Windows were being replaced and the person doing it was standing on my furniture. Our propane bills were outrageous because there was no protection on the house. Again not his problem iwould never recommended this company to anyone.

Hello Charlotte. We do our best to make sure every customer has a great experience with us but we know that we cannot satisfy every customer. However, you were not a customer of Bulletproof nor are you a customer of Quay Roofing. You rent from our customer that used Bulletproof Roofing. We did not damage your property, your home was in disarray when we arrived. Due to the weather, we could not work on many of the days that we had scheduled so this pushed back our finish date. I have never spoken to you on the property and have had only one conversation on the phone where you demanded us paying for items that we did not damage. We also gave you $400 towards your propane bill because we were concerned that your bill would be higher in the winter due to the siding being unfinished because of the winter weather.

Didn't know the guy beforehand, but Pete is the man to work with. Incredibly respectful and ethical. He seems to truly want what's best for the project put forth, for the customer's benefit. 10/10 recommend.

I was looking for someone to seal my garage floor and found Quay roofing just randomly, and so glad I called them! I also had them reside my house. They are so professional and always kept me in the loop with everything going on. Would not hesitate to hire them again!

Quay Roofing replaced 6 condo buildings with asphalt shingles and fascia, soffit, gutters, etc. They did it in a timely fasion and cleaned the area appropriately, besides being easy to work with.

Highly recommend using quay roofing for all your exterior home needs. Pete is friendly and knowledgeable! He wants to make sure you have the right products and materials for your home and isn’t out there to take advantage of people.
