  These guys really go above and beyond to do quality work. I am so grateful for the extra mile they go and the confidence it builds in their ability to fix my leaks. They removed and repaired the deck above my unit that was leaking into my living room.

  Being newish to Chicago-style flat roofing issues and after a leak developed, I'm so glad we went with Tony and Quality Way Roofing. He explained the shoddy original construction of the problem areas and how his team would remedy the issue with a much better construction. The guys who came out and completed the repair and re-roofing were excellent and very contentious when accessing the roof from inside and outside the house. The project from estimate and start to finish was very efficiently executed and very high quality with a fair price! Communication was also superb. Go with these pros. We'll be using Tony and Quality Way for any future roofing needs.

  Quality Way removed our building roof deck, replaced the original roof, and rebuilt the roof deck system. The final product looks great. Tony’s communication throughout the entire project was very thorough and he sent daily photo and video updates along the way. The quality of the work performed by Tony’s highly skilled crew was very impressive. I would strongly recommend QW and I look forward to using them for future building maintenance needs.

  I can’t recommend Quality Way Roofing and Masonry enough. They completely redid all of my roofs and also handled some very extensive masonry work on my home. From start to finish, the crew was professional, detail-oriented, and committed to doing things the right way — no shortcuts, no excuses, just quality craftsmanship. What really stands out is how much they care about their customers. Today, the owner went out of his way to help me out with something extra — he absolutely didn’t have to, but he did me a solid, and it really shows the kind of integrity this company has. It’s rare these days to find a contractor who not only delivers great work but also genuinely values the relationship. If you’re looking for roofing or masonry work, these are the people to call. I trust their work 100% and will definitely be using them again in the future.

  Tony and his crew removed a chimney and patched the roof at our residential home. It was a big job and the weather was cold but they got the job done and went the extra mile to patch everything up and get the bricks removed quickly. Tony was always very responsive, flexible when I asked for changes, and easy to work with. I'd happily work with Quality Way again.

  I needed an estimate on some work and was able to get a timely response with an estimate by the end of the day. Tony was willing to go to the property on short notice and was communicative throughout the process.

  We recently had our 6-unit condo building's roof replaced, and I cannot recommend Quality Way enough. From the first meeting with Tony to get an estimate it was clear this is a professional company and they certainly deliver a gold star service. Tony was very patient in answering our many questions! The work was booked in promptly and the team arrived each on time and worked really hard to get the work completed to schedule. The clean-up work was amazing too, and the team even went onto the garage roof to collect some of the fallen debris. Ten out of ten, and strongly recommend!

  Tony and the team are best in class. These guys are super communicators and high-quality roofers. They do a top-notch job and I would recommend them WITHOUT HESITATION. I have never seen a contractor with better communication skills or the ability to explain why certain work needs to be done and all the specifics. My neighbors actually commented that they've never seen a harder working group of guys (including weekends). If you are looking for a high-quality team that gets the job done faster and better than expected, I would look no further than Tony and team. I never knew I would rave about a roofing company until I met Quality Way. THANK YOU TONY!
