  I am changing this review to a 5 for Corey has corrected the problem. He has called several times to make sure I had no leaks. And he also came out and inspected the roof himself. I did not want to give the bad review, but they have made it right and I would use Quality Roofing again if I need them. Thanks again for the great customer service. Had Quality come out and work on my roof where porch was connected to house and was leaking. They left trash in yard and filled my garbage can with shingles and miscellaneous. It was so heavy I couldn’t get it to the road. Then I had a hard time getting hold of someone. Also still have small leak on porch. Just was not satisfied with the communication I had with them.

  I'd give them 10 stars if I could. The entire team was great to work with. Justin kept me up to date on every step of the process. The crew was amazing, not only did they work fast, they did it well. And they use excellent materials, no low quality materials at all.

  Levi Ridnour inspected my roof. He was on time, personable, and made recommendations after surveying our roof. He was knowledgeable, and answered all questions I had. Great communication! Definitely would recommend, and will use, again, for any roofing needs.

  Quality Roofing did an amazing job inspecting and replacing my aged roof and gutters. Mike, Quality Roofing Representative, Chris and Manny (Roofing Supervisors) were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable of Quality Roofing's policies, guidelines and actual roofs. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. They ensured my home received the replacement roof and rain gutters based on the contractual policies and personal desired agreement. The actual roof replacement and yard clean-up was done professionally and efficiently. My family and I are extremely pleased with the new roof and rain gutters. I have received several compliments concerning my new roof and gutters.
