The Pujols Team performed incredible work and the customer service sets a new standard of excellence! A new roof , gutters, soffit, and fascia coverings were installed on the home. The job required realigning a complicated roof line to be straight across the front of the house. The results blew me away. The carpentry work was more like skillful art work. They took their time to do it properly and its perfectly straight. It looks like it was always that way. The before and after pictures reveal this excellent craftsmanship. The roof was installed perfectly straight with all proper flashing and overhangs, and looks fantastic! The fascia and cap work with the aluminum is flat and straight. No bows or bends. I have never seen gutters so flawlessly installed. The skillset of this entire team is just superb!! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Pricing was upfront, and broken down to see each item that was being done. The communication and responsiveness is beyond stellar. We had a question about a possible leak near a small dormer that turned out to be something else. When I asked if they could come and look, they cam the next day!! AND if you think their great customer service ends with the job - We unexpectedly incurred roof and gutter when a tree was being removed from the property. The roofing and gutter team were there the next day to make the repair!! I have multiple decades of DIY experience on many fronts, used many contractors, but never have I seen such great customer service, skill and dedication. If you are searching for the best roofing and siding team, look no further than Pujols. It is very difficult to earn my trust and admiration for work done. I will only use Pujols in the future.

I recently had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team was professional, punctual, and extremely hardworking. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, everything was handled with great communication and attention to detail. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and completed the job on schedule. The quality of the workmanship really shows — the roof looks fantastic and gives me a lot of confidence that it was done right. They also made sure the property was cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is reliable, honest, and does high-quality work, I would absolutely recommend them. Great experience from start to finish.
