  Kamal, we’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, and we want to clarify the situation for anyone reading. You entered into a signed contract with our company and provided a deposit. As required, you were given the 3-day right to cancel, After that period expired, you confirmed moving forward with the project. Following that, we completed final measurements and began the process of preparing your project. Approximately two weeks later, you requested to cancel after asking us to include additional features and upgrades that were not part of the original agreement. We did our best to provide you with a fair option to include those items. Regarding your request for a refund: per the signed agreement, once the cancellation period has passed and the project has progressed, the deposit is applied toward costs and work already initiated which were greater then your deposit, and is therefore not refundable. However, your deposit is not forfeited—it remains as a credit toward your project, and we are still willing and interested in completing the job for you while providing the best service and most competitive pricing we can offer. We also want to clarify that we are always available to provide product details and answer any questions. Our goal is to ensure every customer feels comfortable and informed throughout the process. We take our reputation seriously and always aim to handle matters professionally. If you would like to move forward or discuss this further, we remain available.

  Had a guy come out today for a quote just a quote cause I wanted to get a quote for a roof and see if it fit with our financial status we were just shopping around and was recommended by a coworker. He kept pressuring us to say yes or no to the quote and wouldn't talk to me even though I would be the core finance person but my mother cause she was the home owner. He kept pressuring us saying " how come you didn't say yes to the other quotes.. etc." He didn't understand us at all and I couldn't really get any words i. He was really rude to my mother trying to pressure her into financing today and wouldn't let us settle and think. It honestly was a waste of time and the WORST customer service I have seen, very rude and pushy. I had to tell him to leave the home. I'm sure the work is alright but man get you guys another person for that job he isn't a people person just wants a sale. Definitely not using this company!

  A women and male dressed in hazard vest around 6 pm on 07/15/25 (recorded on ring camera) approached my mom, who so happened to be outside walking into our house, tried to pitch a sale on hurricane proof windows. My mom quickly yelled out for her husband to come down. Basically they both declined the offer as for we ALREADY have hurricane safe windows and shutters!! This women would not take no as an answer !! She would not leave the front of our door for 30 minutes and she even STEPPED INSIDE OUR HOUSE without consent !! Very weird and it was really scary !! No matter how many times my mom and her husband said no she continued to push the sale. This was pure harassment!! The pressure pushed my mom and her husband to give their name, phone number and she kept repeating our address to an unknown person over the phone . I find this extremely nerve wracking. She even insisted to go upstairs to see our windows.

  WE DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICES! THEY ARE TRYING TO FORCE US TO WORK WITH THEM. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL EVERYTHING FOR MONTHS AND HAVE BEEN EXTENDING THE PROCESS. THIS COMPANY STILL GOT THE PERMIT FROM THE CITY. I DONT WANT YOUR SERVICES. I WILL PUT A HOLD ON THIS PERMIT FOR THE SECOND TIME.
