  I had an unusual roofing problem that other roofers had looked at, told me they could fix, and then I never heard from them again. The home has a very unique design and building materials, so I knew this wasn’t going to be a typical roofing job. Shiloh with Project One proved he was up to the challenge. Rather than trying to apply a standard solution to a non-standard roof, Shiloh took the time to really think through the problem and come up with a custom flashing design that would permanently address the source of the leak. He also gave us a good temporary fix to keep everything dry until the permanent work could be scheduled. Throughout the process, he explained exactly what he was seeing, what he recommended, and why, which I really appreciated. When the day came, his crew showed up when they said they would, worked incredibly fast, and did an excellent job. After dealing with multiple contractors who simply disappeared when faced with an unusual project, it was such a relief to find someone who was willing to take on the challenge, figure out the right solution, communicate well, and actually follow through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Project One for any kind of roofing needs.

  We had Shiloh’s team come replace our roof. It had been damaged by incorrectly installed solar panels and he went the full ‘nine yards’ in discovery to find rotted wood around the chimney and in the sheathing and his team replaced all of it. He also sent us pictures of what he was finding along the way and kept us in the loop about progress - he was very responsive and straightforward with us. His team was fast and thorough and their documentation throughout the process gave us peace of mind about the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Shiloh and Project One Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof replaced or have roof work done. These guys know their stuff and they’re a pleasure to work with.

  Jeremy was great! Called him to do a roof repair and he was at my house within an hour and got it done even though it was extremely windy that day! Did a good roof inspection also!!! Will be using Project One again! Thanks for the quick service Jeremy!

  I came across Project One Roofing after multiple failed attempts with other companies when a tree feel on our home last year and damaged the roof. Now I’m glad the others didn’t work out. Gabriel Vasquez and his crew are amazing! The entire team at Project One Roofing have been easy to work with and have worked hard with our insurance to make sure the right repairs were made! Don’t bother checking around if you need any type of work done on your roof, call Gabriel and the team at Project One! 💯

  I had my roof replaced several months ago. Jonathan and Jeremy were great to work with. Work was done in a very timely manner and they worked well with my insurance and provided me with a certificate which got me a $400 discount on my insurance renewal. We just had a bad windstorm/tornado come through and I contacted them to come out and assess and damage. Immediately received a call back and they’ll be out today or tomorrow. Great company and quality work!

  My husband and I are very happy with the new metal roof that Project One installed on our home! Jeremy Keen was our Project Manager and he, and his team, were awesome from start to finish.
