they have my $3900 deposit, and refuse to answer my phone calls or text messages. Bad business practices, will be filing a complaint with BBB and will contact NY State Attorney General.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about Prodigy Contractor and the incredible job they did replacing my roof. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Erwin (President of the Company) was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and he made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and effortless. The quality of their workmanship was truly top-tier. They paid attention to every detail, worked efficiently, and left my property clean and organized when the job was completed. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. What impressed me most was their outstanding customer service. They treated me with respect, kept me informed every step of the way, and delivered exactly what they promised. It’s rare to find a company that combines exceptional craftsmanship with such a high level of professionalism and integrity. If you’re looking for a roofing contractor that provides quality work, excellent service, and peace of mind, I highly recommend Prodigy Contractor. I am extremely happy with my new roof and would not hesitate to use them again for future projects. Thank you to the entire Prodigy team for a job exceptionally well done!

A great experience! I was kept informed about the work throughout the process through drone video and photos and could not be more impressed with the quality of the work being performed. Prodigy replaced my entire roof (shingles and plywood) in one day and left my property cleaner than it was before they arrived. Prodigy gets my highest recommendation!!

Chris and his team have worked on our 18 year old roof twice. Years ago he repaired a seem on a rubber section that was leaking. Then last year we had hail damage and they replaced our worn roof with better quality materials, all in only a day. They are trustworthy and great communicators.

I worked with Prodigy to replace the roof on my house. Erwin was knowledgeable and he presented the options very well. he was very punctual for all the appointments he gave me starting from estimate to even giving me final invoice. Foreman Pedro worked so patiently throughout the job and didnot rush through any step. he made sure everything is done correctly and even looks great. Whole team spent extra hours just to clean up the site when they were done and picked up each and every piece or debry/nails. i will recommend Erwin and his team for any roofing requirements.

My Experience with Prodigy Contracting couldn’t have been any better. After getting a few estimates for the roof, Erwin was the only one who actually went up on the roof to inspect it. It was very obvious he is very knowledgeable about his profession and not just a salesman. Scheduling the job was quick and easy. The crew came on time and were extremely neat and respectful of my property. They kept me updated on the jobs progress and informed me of some damage they found once the roof was stripped. The job was completed in one day and the crew cleaned my yard like it was their home. I think my yard was cleaner after they left. Overall, my experience was a great one. My whole experience from estimate to job completion was stress free due to their total professionalism and workmanship. 5 star business!
