Highly recommend. There was a leak in the roof and Drew and the team got to work as soon as they found the location. Drew was wonderful. He arrived on time and was respectful of our home. He and the team were fast and efficient. He explained every step, went in the attic, took pictures, explained what I was looking at, sent me the pictures, and explained the work performed after they completed it. They were very clean and picked up whatever trash accumulated and carried it back to their truck. Melanie whom was the contact person, was also professional and a great communicator. She even followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied and explained the process of payment. They never begged for a review or ratings. They just did their job and I was so impressed I asked how can I share their professionalism.

Great company to work with. We had a damaged section of the roof and they sent a team out promptly to assess the damage and fix it in a few hours. Highly recommended company with a great reputation. Thanks again.

We had our roof replaced in September 2025 and honestly had a really great experience with this company. We chose them because they’re a family business and came across as very honest and trustworthy from the start, and that ended up being …

These guys were great and I had a really positive experience with them. I was impressed with the promptness of their responses and the great job they did communicating when their folks were coming and what to expect. Their team showed up and they were extremely professional. They diagnosed my problems with some leaks I was having and told me what the plan was for repair. They were back within a couple of days, completed the repairs as described and were done. I appreciate that they did not try and tell me my whole roof was garbage and i needed to replace all of it or all of the seals. Yes, another company tried that. Great experience with this group and I highly recommend them.

After Hurricane Helene hit Augusta Ga on 9/27/24 I found Prosoultions sign in a neighbors yard and gave him a call. Tony was quick ti visit my home to assess the damage and get a quote to me for the work that needed to be done. Tony and Melanie were super responsive answering all my questions in a timely fashion. The work is complete and I’m super happy with the results!
