  I was selling my house & had a new roof installed a few weeks before it was to go on the market. The install seemed to be fine, except the workers kept at it until 10:00 p.m. at night, disturbing the neighbors & my kids/newborn baby. We had several issues post installation, that they kept saying would subside. My inspection reports from the buyer had issues with the roof installation. After coming out twice to do actual repairs that were needed/sited, they tried to force me to say I would not call them back out at all. I refused to say that, just that I wouldn't as long as there were no further issues. Now 5 months later the new buyer is having the same issues with the roof, nail pops.

  Here at Pro Shingle we like to address any customer challenges immediately, as we did. Our crews attempt to complete all jobs in a timely manner. Your roof installation went later than expected. Had you asked us to stop at any time, we would have completed the installation the very next day. Mr. McCallen, when your insurance company agreed to replace your roof, they would only agree to pay for an economy 3-tab shingle. We recommended that you upgrade to a better 30 year architectural shingle to avoid possible problems. You opted for the shingle your insurance would cover. There were no issues for several months and now it seems that wind and tree limb damage has caused new issues. We contacted the new home owner and will work directly with her to get this issue resolved.

  Stop spam calling people . I know you're lying about that because I registered with the do not call list 3 months ago .

  Had a leaky roof that was well over 20 years old. Glad we chose pro shingle to replace our roof. They Got the roof put on in one day and we are happy with how it looks.

  They replaced the roof on our church, painted the steeple that other people couldn’t do and did it all with little to no interruption of the day school or church activities! Great company and great people!
