  Not happy had an appt scheduled last Friday to get a bid for 10 plus windows and front door and no one showed up or even messaged us to tell us they were not coming. We took off work early and made sure we were home and then waited and no one came. That is not good business :( people's time are just as valuable as yours

  I would not recommend them. They converted our deck to a screened in porch last year. Since then, they’ve had to fix a door hinge, replace siding and soffit and now another part of the soffit is gaping open.

  Never responded to phone or email inquiries for an estimate. I'm sure they do good work but that means nothing If I don't get and calls or emails back.

  Hello Amanda, this is Aaron, the owner of the company. I'm sorry that you feel we are only worthy of a 1 star review. I am the one who decided to not move forward with your project. I was the one who met with you back in 2018 for the original project. We use Synchrony as one of our financing options for our clients. We utilize their online portal which is only accessed online. We meet with our clients face to face in order to fill out the application, so that we can assist our clients as needed. We as a company do not receive your information, nor do we have access to it once you enter it into Synchrony's platform. There is a link that can be sent to you in order to do the application on your own time. We as a company choose not to do that. There was no lie being told. We simply do not offer financing in that way. Once I was brought into the situation and had all the facts, I told your salesperson to walk away from the project. That based upon our previous interaction and the current red flags being shown, we were in fact not a good fit. This happens in business and is always in the best interest of the company and the client to not work together. This review provides me the proof that we were in fact, not a good fit. I am sorry that we could not meet your needs and you feel that we did anything that was not completely above board. I wish you the best of luck with your project.

  It’s been 2-3 weeks and I still haven’t even gotten a quote. I’ve called now 3 times. Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

  Brad W. Came out to take a look at some siding that came loose and had it all fixed in about ten minutes! Pro exteriors was great to work with. They were able to come the day after I called so they were very quick.

  Needed two windows with failed seals replaced (installed by different company) at vacation property. Mr. Rogers accomodated our schedule and had very experienced team that worked efficiently to get job done.

  Pro Exteriors did a great job of fixing the 3 chimney tops on my roof. They removed the old deteriorating stucco exterior cladding, and replaced them with matching vinyl siding. Looks great!

  Pro Exterior came for a free estimate on a potential minor project. They were friendly, prompt, and responsive. The inspector Brad who showed up was super knowledgeable, patient, professional, and thorough. He also answered additional questions afterwards. Whether I move forward with the project or not, this company and Brad were impressive and I will sure keep them in mind for other big projects in the future as well!

  During a recent snowstorm with high winds (Feb. 22m 2026) the cap around my furnace chimney became dislodged and in need of replacement. Pro Exteriors removed the old galvanized cap and installed a new stainless steel cap that should last for many years.
