I was expecting a smoother and more professional experience. Unfortunately, the project had several issues, and I was not happy with the finished workmanship.

We had a roof leak in our den and they came and fixed the problem that day. It rained that night and the leak was gone. We also got new gutters which look beautiful. They installed them quickly and most importantly they work. Very easy to work with, great communication.

My home is a raised ranch, approximately 14 ft on filings. With the severe wind and storms the one downspout came apart and I couldn't fix it. I looked up "downspout repair" near me and got 3 companies to contact. Pro Action was on the phone with me within minutes and they came, repaired, and reinforced the downspout. I definitely will use them again!

I recently hired Pro Action Roof & Chimney to replace our roof on my home. I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I've made as a new home owner. They arrived on time for the initial inspection and provided me with a detailed and fair estimate, Tim took the time to explain all my options without pressuring me. Once the project began, I was impressed by how organized and efficient the crew was. The final result is stunning my roof not only looks great but I have peace of mind knowing it was done with care and professionalism.
