  Pristine Roofing replaced our roof, though did not follow up with service that they stated would be done. When they were contacted regarding the issue they were extremely unprofessional in their response.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I asked for an estimate and Chris came out last week. Seemed incredibly friendly. Waited over a week for the estimate. Told it would take a couple of days. On Monday, I texted Chris and he said he would complete estimate and email it out that day. It’s now Thursday. Asked again, and guess what…no response. I guess my business wouldn’t be profitable enough for them to respond. Very disappointing, but this weeds out the people I wouldn’t want to support by giving them my money. Unprofessional.

  Scheduled a consultation only to be called the morning of indicating they couldn’t make it. They rescheduled for the following week, yet here we are 3 weeks later with not a single word or follow up. Going a different route.

  Chris was extremely helpful during the roof inspection. Gave great details about the issues and had no problem being patient with me. Made the process quick, smooth, and enjoyable. McKenzie also was great when scheduling and answering questions getting back to me with information after double checking everything was correct!

  I had a great experience working with Chris. He was honest, upfront, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s not often you find someone who truly puts their customers first, but Chris definitely does. I highly recommend him!

  I got 6 different quotes before i selected pristine roofing. I matched up materials being used for the job, workmanship warranty & warranty for the materials being used for the job, as well as the price. Pristine roofing has already done 3 other roof jobs for other friends of mines & all of them are completely happy with the work. In my honest opinion pristine roofing is beating out all other contractors in this area not just on price, but on materials being used for the price, customer service & satisfaction as well as warranty. My project manager was Devin. From beginning to end he kept me fully informed & advised me immediately of any & all changes or possible changes. His crew that did the work are very hard working, very respectful & everyday clean up any & all mess. These guys definitely deserve a raise or at the minimum a bonus. For they are the backbone to this company. I would definitely use pristine roofing again & i will definitely recommend them to everyone i know.🇺🇸🫡

  In the end all the work was completed and done well. Each of the crew members were thorough in their work. There were some missteps and issues that virtually doubled the time needed to complete the work. But…as I stated….the work was completed and done well.
