These guys could not have possibly done a better job. I’m a big fan of Brad Eggerton who was an amazing Guide through this new roof journey. His knowledge of the process is 2nd to None and his detail is exceptional and well beyond anyone I’ve ever dealt with in prior experiences. Strongly recommend.

CJ was incredibly helpful educating me on my insurance and how to maximize my claim. Really went above and beyond to help get me a roof. Friendly and responsive. The crew got the work done quickly and did a quality job. I was most impressed with the care they took of my property. Covered my flower beds so no material damaged my flowers. And since the job was completed I haven't found any construction materials anywhere, really impressed with the cleanup. Call them first or last, but give them a shot to earn your business.

Jace with Prism showed up when we least expected it and was able to get insurance to replace our roof! We are so grateful to him and this company and would recommend them to anyone who has lost hope due to so many other companies not being able to get it done! Thanks again!

My first time dealing with a roofing company. The experience was stress-free from beginning to end. I credit that to the owner who was absolutely amazing! He walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and pretty much did …

Mr. Parks and his team of remodeled were always on time, cleaned up after working, kept us informed and even worked on the weekends to shorten the time we were displaced from our bedroom and bathroom. They were the highest skilled craftsman, with the experience and expertise that shows in beautiful bathroom and bedroom we now have. The pricing was so reasonable that we were able to add a bedroom remodel to our complete bathroom remodel, for what several companies would've charged for just a very simple looking bathroom remodel. Our bathroom is the prettiest I've ever seen. I am more than satisfied with the value and the beautiful remodel project. I would definetly refer this team to anyone who is interested in a remodel project.

This company did an excellent job on my roof, gutters, and soffit. The quality of the work is top-notch, but what really stood out was the owner. He went out of his way to help me through the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right from start to finish. The crew was professional, on time, and left the property clean. It’s rare to find a company where the owner is this involved and genuinely cares about the customer. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Prism roofing inspected my house in Arlington after a hail storm and they did such a professional job, very clear and presented the findings honestly. My roof didn’t have any damage and I was shocked! They are a very trustworthy company and I’ll definitely be using them when I need my roof replaced.
