  **Update: just bought security cameras and floodlights. Not saying it was this crew, but someone came and stole the leftover materials off our back porch, where they were not visible from the road or even sidewalks, and we've never even had an Amazon package swiped off our front steps. Never felt unsafe in the 10 years I've lived here until now. Whoever took the materials knew what they were and where they were and that our camera back there faces the other way so.... yeah. Not many people know that. Maybe they feel they owned the leftover materials, but i would think they'd have contacted us about them first. I can't imagine who would have ever decided to randomly walk into our back yard and up onto our deck and steal a bunch of heavy roofing materials, if not someone who already knew they were there, ya know? Anyway, cameras are everywhere now, thanks for that. ** ***also he contacted me and offered free gutters if I would take this down but when I asked him to draw up a contract and invoice with a zero balance showing he really intended to do said work, nothing. Also said he would come back out with the magnet again to get the nails and staples but also, heard nothing. *** I really wasn't going to leave a review, but they kept pushing it so here we are. I am the homeowner I bought the home prior to meeting my husband. My name is on the mortgage, I contacted the company, I met with the rep, and I paid the deposit. Then the roof kept getting put off, month after month (I was patient when it was for weather reasons, but the third time was so the rep could go to Florida with his girlfriend, that time was annoying). I was the person contacted for scheduling because again, I was the sole contact and financier for the project. Roof got put on finally. My husband noticed first that they lied about some things and didn't do things they told me they would do, so he contacted them to ask them to come repair some damages left by the crew. They came, did a poor job, didn't e

  Chris and the team were phenomenal. I had a tree intrusion after a storm. I called five companies and Chris was the only one who responded. He tarped the roof within 24 hours and then handled the subsequent repair. He did the entire roof in one day. He also came for the insurance inspection on my behalf. Good communication, phenomenal craftsmanship, and genuine care. Highly recommend.

  Had lots of storm chasers come to my door telling me my roof has storm damage. I decided to do my homework and find a reputable company to get a proper inspection. After diligently looking for a credible and honest company online, I found Prime Roofing & Home Solutions. When the inspector/estimator, Jonny, arrived he went onto the roof and addressed my roofing issues with me. So far, I am very pleased with my interactions with this company. I do plan to use Prime Roofing and I feel very comfortable doing so 💯

  The guys are Prime did great work. Our roof was a bit of a hack job and likely needed replaced, but they came up with a legitimate bandaid fix that bought us a few years. Their prices were MUCH lower than a competitor that quoted the same work. When this roof eeks out its last couple of years, these are definitely the guys I'm calling for a new metal roof. Thanks for everything!

  Very professional asked what I wanted. told Jamie wanted metal roof with ridgevent.thats exactly what I got.workers were very professent no wasted .movements,very polite and cleaned up all around house 3 different times.highly recommend them for roofing and gutters.
