We decided to have Prime Edge look at our roof before hurricane season. They found 10 cracked tiles I couldn't see from the ground and showed me the damage in photos. They replaced them quickly and ensured the underlayment was secure. It’s been three months of constant rain, and not a single leak. Their cleanup was immaculate; they blew off the entire roof and driveway before packing up.

Our home has a really challenging architectural design with steep, multi-level pitches and several intersecting gables that had been a nightmare for other contractors to seal properly. The crew from Prime Edge Roofers handled the geometry perfectly. I watched them custom-cut every single valley and meticulously hand-flash the wall transitions with heavy-gauge aluminum. The level of detail they put into the 'hidden' mechanics—like the step-flashing around our chimney and the perfectly aligned drip edges—is impressive. They didn't just rush through the job; they took the time to ensure every single angle was perfectly shedding water. We’ve had a few intense thunderstorms since the project finished, and the house has stayed completely dry. Expert-level work.

I appreciated how clearly Prime Edge Roofers explained the repair plan. They kept me informed at each stage, which gave me confidence. The only small issue was a slight delay in starting, but overall, very reliable service.

I am hard to please when it comes to home maintenance, as I like to understand exactly where my money is going. The inspector took the time to show me the precise point of failure under the shingles rather than pushing for a premature replacement. The repair work was clean, tight, and highly professional. They completely earned my trust and future business.

This roofing contractor did a great job. The guys got there on schedule and did their work carefully. They fixed the broken parts and put new shingles on. The roof looks like it just came off the factory floor. The crew was nice and did a good job. I really think you should use them.
