  Their contract is designed to protect the company only, get an attorney. Their word and handshake means nothing as the contract overrides all of that. Buyer beware. I was left a mess to pick up for a premium price. I was also expected to pay the remaining portion of the roofing job before a walk around was performed. Their word means nothing! FYI. Years later, the roof was actually installed incorrectly. Warranty coverage is ineffective.

  Buck, I’m sorry for your frustration. This project was completed in 2019. We have no record of a warranty claim or service request on this job—this is the first we’re hearing of a potential issue. Our process includes a walkthrough and cleanup before final payment, and our labor warranty provides a no-charge re-inspection and correction of any workmanship defects.   I was singing their praise when I set up appt for estimates. I live in area that we had 3 hail storms in a span of 6 months. They came out the second time, noted no damage. Third time there was damage. Each time they will email you a report with everything that makes it easy to file claim with insurance.Keith was super nice and helpful. Requested I call and set up for him to come when insurance adjuster was here. I called office and set this up in early July. This morning came and no one showed, no answer on phones, no email answers, no text answer. Long story short my insurance has denied my claim when I was lead to believe it would be approved if Keith would have been here to show/talk to person. *EDIT* after the laughable/uncalled for comment the business left. I honestly am not mad about the claim denial. I am mad, Keith never showed and no one would answer calls/emails/text it is 6 hours later and Premier still has yet to call/email/text me to apologize. They rather try to claim I am discrediting their company due to their failure. Could have been a 3 star had I gotten some apology instead of a claim that I am the one in wrong.

  Edited response: As the owner of Premier Roofing please allow me to apologize for your negative experience with my company. After looking into the logistics of the situation I discovered that we indeed had an appointment to meet your insurance adjuster on a specific date, but the appointment was never officially entered into our system. As for not being accessible when you needed me, I just happened to be out of state at a training seminar. Not a very good excuse, but I feel we owe you an explanation. This whole situation is one million percent our fault and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration we caused you, and for the initial, less personal response. I admit we dropped the ball in every aspect, and I do owe you an apology for that. Please let me know if there is anything I can ever do for you.

  Choosing Premier Roofing is the equivalent of winning the lottery. Kieth is truly a jack of all trades and his team are extraordinary. There is not a single business that I trust more than this one. The quality, service, expertise, and craftsmanship are AMAZING. We had our roof, some of our decking, and chimney cap replaced. My family and I are beyond pleased with the results, they exceeded our expectations and I’m sure that they will exceed yours too.

  Keith and his crew were very professional and extremely friendly. The job was completed in one day. We weren’t really inconvenienced at all. The roofing crew also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. We will definitely hire them again if needed.

  Keith and team are absolute professionals. From the initial call to job completion communication and explanations were timely and clear. This is not you normal “shows up the day after a hail storm” roofing company. They are pros that have been in the community for a long time. I highly recommend.

  Premier Roofing replaced our roof and did extensive repairs and replacement of our wood soffit and fascia. Keith Carothers and his crew did an excellent job and completed the job within three days.
