Relentless and pushy salespeople repeatedly come to your door in spite of having a no soliciting sign and being told no. If they are this disrespectful to begin with, imagine how they must be if there are problems

Premier roofing company needs to stop knocking on our door after being told we’re not interested in a roof and to read the no soliciting sign. Three times now in the past few weeks. We’ll never hire them when we want a new roof and I hope no one else hires them either.

Today, one of Premier Roofing's sales reps, Jordan, ignored not one, but TWO clearly visible "No Soliciting" signs on my property. One is attached directly to my doorbell and the other is posted on my front door. …

Gotta be a real piece of work to stick your business card and pamphlets to my "NO SOLICITING" sign. Grade A paying attention. Would never hire a company that cant even be bothered to read.

Apparently reading is difficult for many at this company. Not only is there a no soliciting sign outside of the neighborhood, but there are THREE outside of my own door, and yet...they come knocking and ringing. I'd normally shurg my shoulders and move on after such a disruption, but they have become a constant disruption with different representatives knocking on our door or ringing our bell Every. Single. Day. Yesterday was twice, with two different people. They even stand right next to one of the signs while waiting for someone to answer the door, that also has a sign on it, after they ring the doorbell which, yes, also has a sign on it. Yikes.

Premier Roofing does not honor it's warranty policy. I had a roof replaced back in 2022 and was given a 10 year workmanship warranty and a 50 Year Materials warranty. At the time of the roof replacement Premier Roofing had a San Antonio Office. The other day, I had an inspection on my roof because I am selling my home. The inspection showed a valley forming on the front right side of the roof. I called Premier Roofing and they said that since my roof had been signed off on by a Inspector in 2022, they wash their hands of the 10 Year Craftsmanship Warranty, and since they no longer had a San Antonio office they were not going to send anyone to take a look without charging me. I don't understand why they have a 10 year workmanship warranty. EVERY inspection done on a roof replacement is going to pass warranty or they would have to correct it on the spot. If their excuse it that they wont cover the workmanship issue now that is has been identified within the 10 years, then why have a 10 year warranty? This means, NO customer will be able to utilize the 10 year warranty. I have a text from Premier roofing that states they have seen a lot of roofs that look like mine and it has been no problem. I take from that, I am not the only person who has brought it to their attention. The text also says that an individual will be coming down from Dallas to take a look, but the call from them today has changed their mind.

Lacks quality of original roof. Failed to honor commitment to replace portion of roof. UPDATE: now seven years later, I still look at my lifetime roof every day and and am visually reminded of this experience.

Cody Marshall and Premier Roofing were outstanding! We found out we needed a new roof, made a quick call to Premier Roofing, and were lucky enough to be put in touch with Cody Marshall who inspected the roof same-day. Cody was very persistent in following up to keep us updated throughout the process, thorough in detailing what kind of work would be done (and when), and really made the roof replacement process easy for us. Big thanks to Cody and the team at Premier Roofing; I'll be recommending everyone I can to you!

After a hailstorm this season, we had to replace our roof. Based on a neighbor's recommendation, we chose Premier Roofing Company, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Ryan Lee was our main point of contact, and he was outstanding. He guided us every step of the way, communicated clearly, stayed ahead of potential issues, and was always patient with our many questions. Ryan consistently went above and beyond. When our insurance initially denied coverage, he helped us navigate the process to get it approved. Concerned about potential damage to our flowers during installation, he personally offered to buy buckets to protect them. When we needed the job completed by a specific date, he coordinated with his team to make it happen. And when we required expedited solar panel reinstallation so that we could start another project, he arranged for third-party installers to come out the same day. This was our first roof replacement, but it's hard to imagine a better experience. We highly recommend Premier Roofing Company—and especially Ryan Lee.

We had a great experience working with Ryan Lee and Premier Roofing. Ryan walked us through the entire process, explaining what to expect from the insurance company, what we needed to do, and what Premier would handle. He is very knowledgeable, always answered our questions, and responded to texts right away. Ryan stayed on top of every step and was personally involved throughout the process. He even came by to check the work himself and made sure there was no leftover debris or nails around the property. We had also seen Premier work on other neighbors’ roofs and were impressed by how courteous and careful their crews were. Ryan made the whole roof replacement and insurance process easy to understand and navigate. We really appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

If you prefer to have peace of mind in having a top quality job of a new roof and gutters on your home, you might consider Premier Roofing as your contractor and Ryan Lee as the company’s representative. The restoration or improvement of a home’s roof and gutter system can be a very complicated process, especially when repairs are required after storm damage. In those situations, a homeowner must often work not only with a roofing contractor but also with an insurance company. Having a reputable, experienced, and fully capable roofing company is vital. Homeowners will be involved in several vital steps: decisions about materials for the roof, oversight of the construction process and decisions and application of administrative and financial requirements. A homeowner typically goes through a detailed sequence of steps: inspection and estimates, material selection, permits when required, removal of the old roof, repair of damaged decking, installation of underlayment and flashing, placement of the new roofing materials, cleanup, and final inspection. The most challenging aspects are often the preparation work, uncovering and addressing hidden damage, and ensuring that all water-sealing details are completed correctly. When a roofing contractor’s representative (in my case it was Premier’s Ryan Lee) serves as an advocate during the insurance process, the contractor may inspect and document storm damage, prepare a detailed estimate, meet with the insurance adjuster on-site, identify damage that might otherwise be overlooked, and explain why specific repairs are necessary. The contractor may also review the insurer’s scope of work, request supplements for omitted or underpriced items, and help ensure that code-required upgrades and proper materials are included. Throughout the entire process of replacing my roof and gutters after a violent hailstorm, Premier Roofing—and especially Ryan Lee—served as my trusted partners and representatives. Their professionalism, experti
