They were extremely professional and personable through the entire process. They were upfront, honest, answered any and all questions we had thoroughly, and were very helpful regarding options, colors, etc. Polanco Home Solutions also handled everything with our insurance company for a seamless process. And best of all, from the time they first stopped by for a free inspection until our install date was no more than 2 weeks. Their crew removed, repaired decking, and installed a completely new roof and vents in one day without leaving a piece of debris anywhere. I also had them replace our entire gutter system last minute because I was so impressed with their professionalism and upfront competitive pricing. I will definitely use them any time I have a home repair need in the future. Ask for Michael at Polanco Home Solutions if you need repairs, he made the process hassle free and took care of us.

I had a wonderful experience with Polanco Home Solutions. A lot of it had to do with the exceptional service I received from Kamilah. She followed with me and accommodated me with my crazy schedule. After the inspection of my roof, she gave me her most honest opinion and told me I still had a few more years with my review. She wasn’t trying to sell me anything. This reflects very well on the company to be a very well trusted and reputable company. When I’m ready for a new project roof, it’s a no brainer. I’ll definitely be calling Kamilah at Polanco back.
