  Horrible job with my flashing, no drip edge done. Gutters leaked that he installed. Had the roof redone and didn't even put down ice shield. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY.

  Ms. Goolsby, we do not have you in our system, in any emails, nor does anyone recall your name. It doesn't even seem you are in this state. Considering all you are stating, it's almost impossible to think there wouldn't have been a conversation prior. This This seems fallacious at best. You must have us mistaken for another company. Please give us a call to discuss because as you know, reviews are essential to business and our emphasis on quality is industry leading.

  Never received requested quote. Requested online completing form as was told to do. Stated on FB that form was completed 4 days prior, still no quote or phone call. Contacted another service that replied same day and has begun work.

  Ms Phillips, I'm sorry but we don't have you in our system as ever sending us anything. We try to direct everyone to our website so we can move easily keep up with everyone that inquires. Especially with sure a major influx of calls due to storms that have came in the last few weeks. We do our best to help as many as we possibly can, as our reputation has reflected these last 14 years. Again, the amount of call voumn has been a challenge and we have tried to get back to everyone, but I just don't see you. If you spoke to someone, our apologies in not being able to be of assistance and we're happy to hear you are getting things taken care of. I see you had your house pressure washed and gutter cleaned based on another review. This isn't something we would have been able to add to our schedule due to the current demand and work load. If you were looking for cleaning work, someone should have referred you out to one of our trusted community partners. We are pretty certain you have the wrong company and have reported the review reguraly since it came in. If you could be so kind as to remove this, it would be greatly appreciated.

  We are sorry you feel as such, but we have 14 years in business worth of clients who can testify that we help as many as we can as often as we can. May I ask what this is in reference to? Update: I looked back and see that we spoke to you for almost 9 minutes on Wednesday. I myself spoke to you and gave you the prices for our repairs, as well as our Maintenance Packages. I would have explained to you just as I have everyone who's called in that with the storms and our experience level, that we aren't able and don't necessarily have to climb on roofs to price the repairs. Especially on a home where the roof isn't entirely very old. If I'm not mistaken you informed me that you wanted us to come out and actually look as a few others have. However we were all on appointments and I do think I told you that if we're okay with said prices that we would try to get you taken care of that day. You declined. no? So we spoke to you, gave you a price, and could have possibly squeezed you in an already hectic schedule. How exactly does this warrant a negative review Sir? It almost seems to have been done with malice and honestly Mr. Dixon, that just isn't fare. In fact one can argue this review is very slanderous and false. We hate that you feel this and hope your repairs were taken care of. Kind regards!

  Great service and reasonably priced. I called for a repair on siding and soffit. I called and the repair was completed in about two days.

  Shane is super nice, and knowledgeable, found my leak and other areas of concern right away, had it repaired quickly! Great guy, great work, give him a call, I highly recommend!!

  My wife and I have truly been blessed with the original roof lasting 25 years (should have been replaced 10 years ago). We started having a leak in the garage. So I called Shane and he came out to check out my roof. He arrived and immediately got on the roof and put a tarp over the area that had the leak to stop any more damage occurring. This is the first time my wife and I have ever been through this process and let me tell you Shane walked us through this process step by step and explained everything wonderfully. We filed the insurance claim and the insurance adjuster called and setup the appointment. Shane met him with me. They both got on the roof and went step by step over my roof. It was very reassuring to have Shane there being my voice because Lord knows I don’t have a clue when it comes to roofing!! So if you guys need a roofing company let me tell you Shane at Platinum Pro Roofing & Construction is the best there is. They put our roof on today as well as installing updated skylights for us (which the wife loves due to them having remote control shades) I was so impressed with their performance. They were in my driveway waiting on daylight. As soon as they got on the roof they did not stop until they were done. One of the most impressive things I seen was the clean up they did !!! They swept the yard with magnets getting up every nail that touched the ground. When they were done my yard was cleaner than it was before they got here. You couldn’t tell they were ever here. Except when you seen that absolutely beautiful roof !!! They also installed the gutters and guards . Shane brought samples of different colors to match the beautiful roof and let me say he absolutely nailed the color!!! It was definitely the cherry on top!!! Thank you so very much Shane and please thank your guys from the bottom of my heart!!

  Shane came to our house to assist with a leak from our roof into our bathroom and was the most helpful, honest, and genuine guy. He got us squared away within 30 minutes going above and beyond. I would choose Shane and Platinum Pro Roofing again and again.

  Did an excellent job on a leaking attack window. It was a complicated job which required wood and flashing replacement. Very satisfied!
