i reached out for a quote to replace my aging roof through an insurance claim, and the whole roofing process was smooth from start to finish. ruben came to my home in Novato, inspected the roof, and clearly explained the scope of work, the condition of the old shingles, and what to expect during the tear-off and installation. he also went over shingle options, flashing details, ventilation, labor quality, and the warranty coverage, which was better than what i heard from other roofers. from the estimate to the insurance paperwork to the final roof replacement, everything was handled in a professional and organized way. the crew finished the job quickly, stayed on schedule, protected the property, and did a thorough cleanup when the work was done. communication was clear the entire time, and i was very pleased with the craftsmanship, the new roof system, and the overall service.

Our home needed a lot of TLC, starting with a full roof replacement. After hearing good feedback from a colleague about roofing work, I reached out to Peterson Family Install. My husband and I met with Tristan, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. He explained the roofing process clearly, went over materials, trim details, gutters, downspouts, and cover options, and made us feel comfortable from the start. We really liked that the crew was made up of in-house workers instead of subcontractors. That gave us extra confidence in the quality of the workmanship and the way the job would be handled. We moved forward with a new roof, trim, coil wrap, gutters with covers, and downspouts. The whole project came together very nicely, and the finished roof looks clean, solid, and professionally installed. The crew worked carefully, kept the area picked up, and paid attention to the small details around the roofline and exterior finish. The siding and window trim paint was completed separately, and together everything looks refreshed and well cared for. We are very pleased with the results and happy with how smoothly the entire roofing project went.

A big hats off to Craig and Peterson Family Install. Craig stayed with us through the whole roofing process, answered every question, and helped us choose the right shingle color for our home. The insurance part also went smoothly, which made the project much less stressful. The roof installation was done on time, very efficiently, and the crew kept the jobsite neat from start to finish. Craig was there the day of the install and even stayed after the crew left to make sure everything was fully cleaned up and the final details looked right. We also received a drone photo of our new roof, which was a nice extra touch. We are very happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall roofing service, and would highly recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and roof repair work. The whole roofing team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everyone involved was responsible, professional, and easy to work with. Jeffery took the time to sit down with me, go over the estimate, explain the scope of work, and answer all of my questions clearly. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, treated my property with respect, and finished the job the same day with a thorough cleanup. Craig also went above and beyond to help clear up a misunderstanding with my insurance paperwork and invoice, which made the entire process much smoother. They made the roof repair stress-free, and I highly recommend this roofing company for anyone needing dependable roofing service.

I can't recommend Peterson Family Install enough! When we found a leak in our townhouse roof here in Novato, we were worried, but they turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Craig showed up right on time, just as promised—no waiting around or last-minute changes. That kind of reliability was really refreshing. From the start, it was obvious we were dealing with true roofing pros. Craig and his team got straight to work, climbing up to inspect the roof and using their expertise to quickly spot the source of the leak. They found exactly where the problem was coming from and handled the repair efficiently. What really impressed us was how they explained everything in simple terms, so we understood what caused the leak and how they fixed it. Their clear communication and attention to detail made all the difference. We truly appreciated their professionalism, skill, and the peace of mind they brought to our home.

After noticing a possible issue with my roof flashing around the chimney, I reached out to Peterson Family Install for help. Ruben came out to my place in Novato the very same day, understanding how important it was to get this looked at quickly. He carefully checked everything and explained exactly how he would fix the roof, making sure it would last and look great.
