Finding a roofer is never easy, and finding the right one you can really trust is even harder. A lot of roofing contractors do not answer the phone, let calls go to voicemail, or never call back. Perry Brothers Roofing Llc was the exact opposite of that experience. Every time I called, someone answered, and when I did have to leave a message, the call was returned quickly. That meant a lot to me. Just as important, when they said they would be there, they showed up on time, and even a little early. That kind of reliability matters when you are dealing with a roof leak and water getting into your home. I had a leak that was making its way into my laundry room and one of my bathrooms. The crew came out, checked the affected rooms, then inspected the roof carefully. They even took photos to show me what they were seeing, which helped me understand the issue better. They could not see one obvious hole or a single exact entry point, but they were able to narrow the problem down to the section where the water had to be getting in. They explained the roofing repair plan in simple terms and said they would remove, repair, and replace everything needed in that area. The work was completed within the time they told me, and I appreciated that they were honest about the process. They said they believed the repair should solve the leak, but if more rain showed anything else, they would come back and make it right. That gave me real peace of mind. Since the repair, we have had plenty of rain, and there has been no more leak at all. My laundry room and bathroom have stayed dry, and the roof repair seems to have done exactly what it was supposed to do. It is a big relief knowing I now have a roofer I can count on for responsive service, clear communication, and solid workmanship. They earned my trust.

We had a great experience with Perry Brothers Roofing Llc. After bad weather, several shingles came off and caused a serious roof leak inside the house, so we knew it was time for a full roof replacement. Even though they usually focus on larger roofing jobs instead of small patch work, they still came out quickly to do an emergency repair to stop the leak until our full replacement could be scheduled after a custom skylight was ready. Kai was very thorough and explained the whole roofing process in simple terms. He showed us shingle samples, underlayment options, and other roofing materials, and he also shared helpful information so we could make the best choice for our home. Lucas, the project manager, was excellent and kept in touch with us regularly while the job was being planned around the weather in Hamilton Township. On installation day, everything went smoothly. The roofing crew worked hard, stayed organized, and finished the entire roof in one day. We were also very impressed with the cleanup. The driveway, sidewalks, and surrounding areas were left very clean. The crew took extra care to protect the neighbor’s driveway and flower beds, which really showed professionalism and respect for the property. Lucas even returned later to help seal two small gaps that had been noticed earlier in an area connected to the home but not part of the main roof system. The quote was not the lowest, but the service, communication, and attention to detail made it worth it. They took time to walk us through the roofing project, answer questions, and work with our schedule. We now have a much better roof system, improved ventilation on the third floor, added insulation where it was missing before, and most importantly, a strong new roof that looks great and no longer leaks.

My husband and i called Perry Brothers Roofing LLC after we noticed a roof leak. They inspected the shingles and decking, clearly pointed out the storm damage from recent bad weather, and explained everything in simple terms so we knew what needed to be done. kai helped guide us through the process, handled the paperwork, worked directly with the insurance company, and made it possible for us to get a full roof replacement for only our deductible. Everyone we dealt with was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. From the young man who first helped us to the crew that installed the new roof, lucas and the team went above and beyond. They showed up on time, kept the work area neat, answered our questions, and made sure the roofing job was done right. The whole process was smoother and faster than we expected, and the new roof looks great and gives us real peace of mind. i highly recommend them for roofing work, repairs, or a full replacement.

We recently finished a full exterior roofing and trim project with new soffit, fascia, insulation, and metal roofline details, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. The change to our home is amazing. The crew worked hard from start to finish, and we especially want to recognize Kai and Lucas. Our project had many moving parts, with a lot of detail work and careful coordination around the roof edges, trim, and overall curb appeal. Kai and Lucas regularly shared helpful ideas to improve the final look and make sure everything fit together the right way. Near the end of the job, Lucas went above and beyond with the trim work around our large front windows so it matched our vision even better while still working within the material options available. That extra attention to detail made a big impact on the appearance of our front exterior, and we are very proud of the finished result. Lucas and Clarence also gave special attention to the mounting and flashing details around the metal canopy, which added a beautiful final touch. We are so glad we chose this roofing team for our Hamilton Township home.

Thanks to Perry Brothers Roofing LLC for helping with a recent exterior home improvement project tied to our roofing and siding work. We replaced an older French-style patio door setup that opened the wrong way into the family room and made the space awkward to use. The new sliding patio door has 3 panels with built-in blinds that work smoothly, and it fits much better with the flow of the room and the outside entry. The crew finished in one day, the workmanship is excellent, and the installation looks clean and solid. We are very happy with the quality of the door, the careful install, and how well everything blends with the home's exterior. kai and the team did nice work, and the upgrade really helped our home look better and function well.
