  DO NOT sign their contract w/o getting another estimate/option from another roofing company! just to mention some of the issues and there are plenty!! I was told the temp had to be at least 50 degrees.. they came in FEBRUARY! One of coldest in 30+ years! They did not clean up their mess ! Rags were left in gutters, And froze! Drinking water bottles were thrown from roof & never picked up! Pieces of the rubber material left! Patched pieces of rubber by a downspout!! They do not bother to come back to see why there is a complaint about the job that was done!😡 Didn't have to write a poor review because any neighbor who looks out their window can see ! It was ALL about the money and NOT the Quality of work! I would not have clicked on any of the stars, but it won’t let me post if I didn’t click at least one

  Good afternoon Marilyn we appreciate your response in review but you had a complete emergency in the middle of winter and we went out of our way to remove the flat roof and fix the holes in your roof when it was 20° outside Rubber is going to expand a contract we do not take any deposit and you do not pay until you’re completely satisfied you did pay when the job was completed and photos were provided.

  Will file civil suit even when they don't do any work, do more work trying to take money. Do very careful back round check or better off not hiring. Check with your local law enforcement before you proceed you will be surprised what you will find.

  2 stars for fast service and skilled crew. Roof looks good after their service. Issues with communication delays. Unprepared crew. Pushed dates consistently. Had to contact multiple times just to get the mess in the yard cleaned up, and still finding scraps in the yard after they "cleaned". Would not recommend or use again.

  Hi Brandon we appreciate your feedback, your roof was literally falling into your house while your newborn baby was inside. We moved jobs around to get to your home. We fixed your roof in the middle of winter to accommodate you and your family. We also tore off 3 layers of roof and didn’t charge you, we also came and cleaned up after the snow melted. I guess some people will never be satisfied unless the roof is free. God bless. When you go up above and beyond and you leave bad reviews to try and get free money back, doesn’t always look good in the end.

  We had Dustin and his team at our house last May to install GACO roof coating on our flat roof, along with new gutters. After numerous leaks and poor quality work in the past we decided to go with Penn Ohio. The work was done in a timely manner and Dustin was great to work with. In January, we experienced another leak in the same spot. I contacted Dustin to let him know and have some communication it was determined to be condensation. In February, we experienced a heavy rainfall and snow melt and discovered a new leak on the flat roof. I reached out to Dustin to inform him what was going on. His worry was that our siding may be leaking and water was running down the siding and seeping into the house. He asked me to turn on the water outside so he could come up to check out the leak. Unfortunately, this is where the review earns a 1 star. No one from Penn Ohio came to our house to investigate the leak. After multiple communications throughout the Spring, I was informed that someone would be out to check the roof and re-seal some of the seams… this still has not happened. As I wrote this review, I have not heard back from Penn Ohio since April 18, when they asked for my address. We recently had a contractor come to the house to survey the damage done by the leaks and we are hovering around $6,000 in damage. The GACO product has a warranty and Penn Ohio has a labor warranty, which as of tonight, they are not honoring by not returning communications and fixing the problem. Pictures are attached. One can see the roof when the work was finished and how the roof looks now. If you have a flat roof, I’d highly recommend saving your money to pitch your roof. We spent over $6,500 to have the roof “fixed” and it is still leaking causing damage to our interior.

  Gary told me I was a crook because the same spot was once again damaged that his people were supposed to repair less than two years prior. Called me a liar and a scammer because of his team's failure and HIM dropping the ball in following up when I filed a follow up with him. Not good. Pictures are before and after see the corner. Damaged again.

  Penn-Ohio did good work at a very reasonable price. Other quotes were ~30% higher. Austin got us on the calendar quickly and the team replaces our roof in 6 hours.

  Penn Ohio just recently replaced my roof. Removed all the old material down to bare wood, and replaced with beautiful new shingles. Cleaned up all the trash. Everything done in one day! My roof looks great. Thanks Penn Ohio!

  I called Penn Ohio for a roof repair estimate on my home recently. Gary came to my home and I could tell that he cares about doing the best for the customer. He gave me a lot options to choose from and I felt very comfortable and not like he is trying to take advantage of me like other companies. 10/10 guy.
