Buyer beware if you decide to do business with this company. Extremely dissatisfied with their insurance process and company as a whole. Information from the start was poor and misleading. Unfortunately I was stuck with a large unexpected bill because of this. Would recommend not to use this business if you don't have to.

I don't know who rated you 5 stars, I'm beginning to think it's family and friends. We have been waiting 3 hours today for a visit and no one showed up. Literally scheduled time to be away from work to be home and NO ONE called to communicate about anything. I called to see what happened, and it went to voicemail. Good customer service is definitely shot down and those vax shots must be chipping away at people's brains. This nonchalant non-communicative behavior deserves no second chances. You've all been getting way too comfortable being unprofessional and at the end giving a petty "I'm sorry." Off to the next company, that's more professional and might respect people's time.

Dear Ahmad, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced today. We were running a bit behind schedule and couldn't make it on time. We attempted to call a few times but was unable to reach you. Luckily we were still able to make it to your mothers house and complete the appointment. We were able to fix your mother's damaged soffit, with materials we had on hand, for no charge to you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sincerely, KELLY CAMP Owner - Peak and Valley Roofing 216-777-9876

Peak and Valley Roofing delivered an exceptional experience from project initiation to completion. I am extremely satisfied with the new roof and gutter system. While it may seem unconventional to express such enthusiasm for a roofing installation, the decision to opt for a metal roof has resulted in a visually stunning outcome. This aesthetic distinction is particularly noteworthy given the limited prevalence of metal roofs within our community. It is reassuring that at 50 years old I will never need to shop for a roof in my lifetime again!! We have received numerous inquiries and commendations from passersby regarding the transformative impact the new roof has had on our residence. It is important to address the common misconception regarding the acoustic performance of metal roofs during precipitation. Our experience has demonstrated that the new metal roof is, in fact, quieter than our previous asphalt shingle roof. Mr. Mike, our sales representative, exhibited exemplary professionalism and maintained consistent communication throughout the entire process. His presence at the job site during installation and his diligent responses to my inquiries were greatly appreciated. I now consider him a friend. The installation team, led by Mr. Pete and his sons, performed an outstanding job, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail. Their meticulous efforts ensured the preservation of our extensive landscaping and plant life. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Peak and Valley Roofing for their exceptional workmanship and dedication to client satisfaction. We extend our sincere gratitude for a job well done.

After hail or high winds roll through Northeast Ohio, most homeowners assume their insurer will simply handle the roof. Then the adjuster's estimate arrives, and the payout does not look like enough to cover a real replacement. At Peak & Valley Roofing, we see where this goes wrong, and it usually traces back to the inspection. An adjuster sees dozens of roofs a week and visits yours once. Subtle damage on complex or multi-layer roofs is easy to overlook, especially in spots that are hard to reach safely. That single visit sets the number your claim is built on, so documentation before and during it matters more than most people realize. A local contractor who walks the roof with you and meets the adjuster on-site gets the damage recorded the way insurers expect. It is also your best defense if the first estimate comes back short. Timing counts too, since many Ohio policies set a filing deadline as short as one year from the storm. Facing storm damage in Rocky River, Westlake, Strongsville, or Brunswick? Request a free storm damage inspection on our website before the adjuster arrives.3 days agoCall now
