  Josh: I apologize for the behavior you and your wife experienced from our crew. We have a strict code of conduct that does not allow smoking on our clients property and certainly does not allow for inappropriate behavior towards clients, neighbors or anyone else. I have been out of town and just learned of this incident this morning or I would have responded sooner. I spoke with the project manager, Juston, and understand that he has spoken personally with you and apologized for this behavior. With the exception of a couple hours, Juston was onsite for the entire build and certainly would have prevented any such behavior, had he witnessed it. We will be addressing this issue in a company meeting. This type of behavior is totally unacceptable and anyone caught reoffending will face termination. I hope you and Mrs Dawson can accept our apologies and rest assured that this incident is being addressed and there will be consequences. Sincerely, Michael Hariu, owner

  Not very impressed with this company. We were supposed to have someone come look at our roof. The first time, the person was a complete no-show. The next time, the person again failed to show up or call, and then they sent a different person who said he had been told a different appointment time. The person who actually did show up was professional enough to speak with, and estimated our roof had 3-5 years left (a previous inspection from one year earlier had estimated 12+ years left, but ok, maybe the truth is somewhere between those estimates). Then we did not receive a report from the inspection. We were told there had been a miscommunication and the tech would need to come out again in order to do an actual inspection and not a quote. Ok, whatever, fine. And I want to stress that my husband and I were annoyed but willing to pay the inspection fee, because we understand that businesses have operating costs. So the person comes back and NOW suddenly our roof is in dire need of repair and we need a new one right away. We then called an independent home inspector who came and agreed with the inspection from last year, that the roof easily has 10+ years left. Um, what? I just find it convenient that the business with a vested interest in selling more roofs had such a worse assessment of the condition of our roof. Because of the misunderstanding, Paramount did not actually charge us the $175 (nor indeed send us the report), so that's fine, but they seem like they're trying to wash their hands of us as customers, which is fine, because we're certainly never hiring them for any roof repairs. The company seems more interested in protecting their reputation as a good company than actually being a good company. EDITED TO ADD: I stand by my overall dissatisfaction and still feel it's awfully convenient that the company looking to sell roofs thinks we need a new one ASAP, but someone with no vested interest has twice estimated more than a decade of roof life left.   If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I have been in our house for four years and have had leakage each year. We contacted Paramount Roofing to come back to fix the installation of the metal roof; however, they refused to do so because they only guarantee their work with the previous owner. The roof was less than two years old when the leaking started. We have had other companies come out to fix the roof and just when we think it's fixed, new areas sprout up showing leakage. The really funny part is that they still use our house on their website to show the quality they provide. There are other roofing companies I would trust far more than this company and am saddened that they wouldn't help out a family in need.

  There was no way it could have been better. From making an appointment, meeting sales rep. , project manager and the great team. Respectful, hard working. Started at 7am done by 3. Clean up was great. I love the flags, instead of signs. Personally, they seem to draw more attention.

  We had an excellent experience with Paramount Roofing and Siding . Total tear off roof replacement, siding and gutter work. They were prompt, responsive to changes and did very good work! No issues after 16 months of the work being done. Thanks James and crew!

  Both quoting and scheduling was fast, and they did a great job on our roof and soffit when we had it replaced. Had them do additional work recently for an estimate and inspection, and had a good experience with that as well.

  We just had our residential roof and garage finished with Paramount. Working with James was a pleasure. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He inspected our old roof, wrote up our contract and had the work done in a timely manner. The cleanup was also done impeccably. I recommend Paramount to anyone looking for a new roof and or repairs. These days honesty and quality are what’s important! They delivered on all points.

  Paramount Roofing and Siding does exceptional work. I had my foundation sided to match the prefabricated house a couple years ago. Not only were they very timely, but the attention to detail they put into it really surprised me. I had no idea there was such a difference in quality when put on with a little extra care. I would recommend Paramount to anyone that is looking for reasonable prices and exceptional quality. They treat your house like it is their own. Thanks guys!
