  I used Paragon back in Sep 2025, and they completed an adequate job. However, my second experience with them in the past month has completely changed my mind. In June 2026, I scheduled a technician to come clean my chimney. I was given a 2-hour window. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, no one showed up and a technician never called. I called the support line at the end of the 2-hour window to see what was going on and why no one showed up. The lady I spoke with said she would talk to the technician and get back to me. I waited 30 minutes and didn't hear anything. I called back again and was given another answer of they don't know where the technician is. An hour later I received a phone call from the technician saying that he was stuck at another job and he couldn't come for another hour (so 2 hours after my 2-hour window). I had somewhere to be so the appt didn't happen. Fast forward to July 2026. I rescheduled to have the chimney cleaned on July 20 from 9am-11am. I purposely booked the earliest time slot so the situation from June where they were "late due to another project" wouldn't happen. However, at 11am still no one had shown up and also no call from the technician. I called the support line again and asked where the technician was. They said they would call me back. I waited 30 minutes and no word, so my husband then called to figure out what was going on. We were told that the technician had a "flat tire" and that they couldn't come today. If this was the case, why wasn't I called immediately in the morning? Why was I only told after my entire appt time had elapsed and only after I called and asked what was going on? My husband asked if they could come the next day, July 21 right at 9am so we can get this done and not worry about any more delays or issues with scheduling. They said yes. Well, surprise surprise! They didn't show up at 9am. I received a call right before 9am saying that they wouldn't be able to make it until 10am. Honestly, this is t

  Their chimney cleaning crew was phenomenal. They were in and out in less than an hour. Cleaned it very well and repaired the cap. The entire service was flawless!

  For every leak we had; they had a solution. We thought we needed a whole replacement on the coating but they gave us a different and an honest assessment that was pocket friendly and effective. Paragon’s technicians came on time, did the work that was promised and left no mess after the maintenance, recommending!

  So I used this company a while back for the repairs of a few holes caused by some flooding on the roof. they re-did the entire level and a good job at that. fast forward to today and the roof is still intact and still looks like it was done yesterday!

  Paragon was solid! Came to fix the chimney caps, so a cleaning, cleared the gutters and leaks were repaired. I never seen a roofer come within the same week of needing the service; 100y a solid company.
