I’m glad you all had a great experience with Steve. I did not ! Doesn’t know how to treat customers and can be challenging if you don’t agree with his escalating quotes.

Thank you for your feedback, "A Salvotorro", but as we posted with 2 other suspicious reviews, we have checked 3 years of customer data and your name is not found anywhere in them - we don't have an "A Salvotorro" in our customer files, so have to conclude that this review is likely fake. As we mentioned in another suspicious review, we are more than happy to take constructive feedback and resolve any issues with our service, but we have no records of ever working for you.

I highly recommend Steven and Pacific West Exteriors. He and his team did an amazing job with dismantling an old, leaky and dangerous addition to our 115 year-old home and essentially giving the back of our house a new life! Steven was always available to explain things and show me the work they were doing on this complex job. He's been really great about keeping costs low and working with us to prioritize. Much appreciated!

Pacific west exterior was referred to me by my neighbours who use them a few years ago, they had a wonderful experience, so I contacted them regarding a roof leak as well as a partial wall repair due to the leak, I'm extremely happy with the results and I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs any roof repair or exterior work done. Thank you Steve and his wonderful crew.

Spoke with Steve for a residential roofing repair job based on a friend's referral that Pacific West did a great job for him and has a stellar reputation for quality work and great service. Steve was friendly, professional and his estimate was fair. Steve and his team really delivered and I'm impressed with the quality plus stayed within my budget. A big upside is that his communication throughout the job was good and the guys cleaned up after well. Thanks Steve!

We'd like to recommend Pacific West. The man who came by to do a quote for us was friendly, personable and provided us with the best numbers, as well as pointed out things that other companies hadn't noticed or mentioned. A very positive experience!

Fixed a problem we had with our skylight leaking water into our bathroom, and found some water damage that another roofing company didn't find so that was a relief. Great experience, will call next time I have any roofing or skylight issues.
