We had our shingle roof replaced and are so happy with how everything turned out. We got a few quotes before deciding, and their pricing was fair without cutting corners. The crew worked hard, finished when they said they would, and cleaned everything up before leaving. The new roof looks great, and the whole process was a lot less stressful than we expected. I'd definitely recommend Ottawa Flat Roof Repair if you're looking for honest service and good value.

While making a small repair to my Elizabethan style stucco and boards exterior house upper wall finish Sam discovered a loss of sealing between the stucco and boards had developed over the 54 year age of the structure. To solve this he proposed overlaying the upper exterior walls with modern vinyl panels, which would seal the whole upper ( the ground floor wall is conventional brick) side of the house. His estimate was very attractive and I agreed to the proposal. He very promptly found the matching trim color material and started work within 2 weeks. On a large 2 story house his crew completed the work within 5 working days. The job was done with great care and expertise particularly the end joints, corners and levelling of the vinyl panels to achieve a smooth outer surface appearance. I am very impressed with his expertise and discussion. He carefully explained every step of the process as it progressed. Sam runs an excellent small business, where he is highly reliable, personable and knowledgeable and his costs are very competitive. Any other house construction or roofing task that I encounter in the future I will certainly entrust to Sam's business. I highly recommend him for any work of this sort to anyone considering such renovation.

I have had two roofing jobs done by Sam from Ottawa Flat Roofing and will say that the work was done professionally and on time and was reasonably priced. The first was when we had the Derecho’s storm and my roof was damaged and Sam came over and completed the repair the same day which I was surprised because every other contractor told me that I would have to wait for weeks, then I had a leak in my garage and again Sam came and discovered that there was a hole in the roof of my garage and the repair was done quickly and professionally.I also had some Siding and Fascia replaced and again the work was completed quickly and on time I would highly recommend Sam for any roofing repairs or complete new roof provide great service and very professional.

Sam and his team did an incredible job on our garage roof. They had the job done in one day and barely stopped to eat. Hard worker, honest, easy to communicate with. He didn’t leave with a shingle or nail on the ground! We’d hire him again in a heartbeat.
