kaden gave the best price for the quality roofing work, and after reading so many strong reviews for Ortega & Sons Roof Repair, i felt confident making the call. i have rarely seen a more efficient and hardworking roof crew. They showed up on time, stayed professional, and finished my metal roof the same day. The whole job moved fast and smoothly, from setup to cleanup, and the workmanship was solid. kaden is clearly experienced in roof repair and metal roofing, and the crew worked with care and pride. They were knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. Everything was explained in simple terms, and the project was handled the right way for a home in Paterson. Excellent work, fair price, great people, and strong results. I would gladly use them again for any roofing needs and highly recommend them.

Ortega & Sons Roof Repair did an outstanding job replacing our roof. We had leaks around the chimney, shingle wear, and algae buildup, so it was clearly time for a full roof replacement. The estimate process was one of the best parts. They were very thorough, offered several pricing options, and Mateo was friendly, honest, and easy to talk to. There were no surprise charges, and he came prepared with material samples and clear explanations about the roofing system, shingle choices, and the work involved. They used high-quality roofing materials and explained the warranty options in simple terms, including the difference between material-only coverage and coverage for both materials and labor. It was very clear what was included with each service level, which made the decision much easier. The roofing crew worked efficiently, kept the job site organized, and finished in less than two days. They also corrected an older roof pitch issue that had been causing problems, which gave us even more confidence in the quality of their workmanship. Another big plus was how easy they made the whole process for us as homeowners. They handled the warranty paperwork and inspection details, so everything felt smooth and stress-free from start to finish. It is easy to see they have strong experience with roof replacement, flashing, chimney leak repair, and overall roofing craftsmanship. We are very happy with the finished roof and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, hardworking roofing company.

i would recommend this roofing company to anyone in Paterson. they removed my old roof and installed the new one in about a day and a half. the crew also swapped out the old vents for a ridge vent system, replaced my old skylight with a better one, and added lifetime boots on the bathroom vents. everything was explained in simple terms after they listened to what i wanted, and kaden came back the next day to check that everything looked right. giovanni was easy to talk to, and mateo and the workers were very skilled, friendly, and respectful. they cleaned up the property very well when the roofing work was finished, and the price was lower than the other contractors who gave me estimates. overall, it was a smooth roof replacement experience with solid workmanship and good value.

We needed to replace our old roof after years of wear, and we had two other roofing companies come out for estimates first. Even though they seemed solid, the whole process felt too much like a sales pitch. Then we were referred to Ortega & Sons Roof Repair by a contractor who works on exterior home repairs. When Mateo came out to inspect the roof, it was obvious he really understood roofing systems, shingles, ventilation, flashing, fascia, soffit, and overall exterior work. He took time to explain each part of the roof replacement in a clear and simple way, including why certain materials and methods were the right fit for our home. That made us feel comfortable and informed instead of pressured. The estimate came in lower than the others, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. Before the project began, we knew what to expect. During the work, the crew stayed organized, worked hard, and kept us updated. After the job was completed, they followed through and made sure everything looked right. They replaced a large roof in less than a day with an efficient crew and also coordinated the related fascia and soffit repair so the whole exterior came together properly. They were careful around our property, respected the landscaping, and did a thorough cleanup when the roofing work was done. In Paterson, where homes deal with rain, wind, and changing seasons, it was reassuring to have a roofing team that knew how to install a dependable roof the right way. No one looks forward to a full roof replacement, but if you need one, this team made the process smooth and stress-free.

We were very happy with the roofing work. The job was finished on time, and the crew was responsive, courteous, and professional from start to finish. I was especially impressed with the detailed roof inspection and estimate at the beginning. There was no pressure during the process, and all of my questions and concerns were clearly answered by Giovanni before we moved forward with the contract. Because our home required extra approvals, the company handled the permits and related paperwork smoothly and professionally, which made the whole project much easier for us. Our metal roof and chimney look excellent, and the workmanship was neat and well done. Giovanni was very knowledgeable about different roofing materials, flashing, and repair options, and made sure we understood exactly what was included in the price. The cost felt fair, especially compared with other estimates we received that were far less detailed. The communication was strong throughout the project, the cleanup was thorough, and the final result gave us real peace of mind. I would highly recommend this roofing company for roof replacement, roof repair, chimney work, or general exterior roofing needs.

They installed a new roof on our home, and we are very happy with the whole experience. The roofing price was fair and competitive, the workmanship was excellent, and their communication from start to finish was outstanding. The crew kept us updated, explained the roofing process clearly, and followed through on every detail. We were so satisfied with the roof replacement that we referred an elderly friend who had a serious roof leak. They quickly came out, provided a temporary patch to help prevent further water damage, and later completed a full roof replacement. He was very happy with the results as well. The team answered every question, returned calls promptly, and stayed responsive throughout the project. They made the entire roofing job smooth and stress-free, and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent experience from start to finish with my full roof replacement. I needed a new roofing system, and Antonio quickly earned my trust with his skill, clear communication, and professional approach. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand, covering every part of the roofing job, from removing the old shingles and protecting the house and landscaping to installing the new shingles, underlayment, and ice and water shield. Antonio was always available to answer my questions and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to every detail. They kept the job site neat throughout the project, and the cleanup was so thorough that my yard looked even better when they finished. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and the new roof looks great. I would highly recommend this roofing company for anyone needing reliable, high-quality roof replacement service.

my wife and i recently bought a home in Paterson, and not long after moving in we found a roof leak that damaged part of the kitchen ceiling. The previous owner had solar panels put on before we moved in, and after the problem showed up, we called Ortega & Sons Roof Repair because i had a good experience with a roofing contractor before and wanted a team that knew roof leak repair and tile roofing well. mateo came out and did a careful inspection of the roof and attic. It was clear the leak came from poor solar panel mounting and bad sealing work around the roof penetrations. The photos showed sloppy workmanship, with caulking used in places to cover up the fact that the flashing and seal points were not done the right way. He explained everything in simple terms, which really helped us understand what was going on. The crew quickly sent over a detailed report with clear pictures of the problem areas, and that documentation was very useful for handling the issue with the solar company. They repaired the damaged roof areas, removed the leftover brackets that had been left behind, and matched the existing roof tiles very well so the finished work blended in nicely. In a place like Paterson, where roofs need to handle rain, wind, and changing seasons, that kind of solid repair work really matters. i also appreciated how easy it was to get answers when i had questions. antonio returned calls promptly, stayed professional, and made the whole roof repair process much less stressful. The price was fair, the workmanship was strong, and the service was dependable from start to finish. i highly recommend them for roof leaks, flashing issues, tile roof repairs, and any roofing work that needs to be done the right way. It was a pleasure working with such a professional team, and i would gladly use them again.
