Orion Roofing LTD

The only one or two-star review we hold for Orion Roofing LTD.

I have been waiting for 4 months for Jos and his team to arrive. He said he would do the job in September and never showed up. Weeks later he finally contacted me and said he lost his phone. I didn’t get written quote for three months. It took five weeks to get a response about the cost of materials. The weather is finally nice and I’ve been told I’m ‘technically’ the first job he will do this year, but no date has been set. This has been a very unpleasant experience and I have lost sleep worrying about the condition of my current roof. I will update this review if the job ever gets done. Just to be clear, Jos agreed to work on my roof in August with a date for mid-September. I offered a deposit but never received a written quote. I hope your future customers have better luck than me.

Orion Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof in Squamish. They kept us informed throughout the project, arrived on time each day, and completed everything within the timeframe they promised. The finished roof looks excellent, and the customer service was great from start to finish. We’re very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Orion Roofing.

Jos & his team were fantastic. We had a smaller torch on job and they had great communication throughout the whole process. Answered all questions and got the job done efficiently and his crew were professional & friendly. No hesitation to recommend.

We love our new roof! My husband and I are extremely pleased with Orion Roofing. We got a quote within 24 hours of contacting them, the final price was exactly as quoted with a couple of complimentary upgrades, and the company was very flexible with our busy summer schedule. The crew was incredibly friendly, hard-working and professional. I highly recommend Orion Roofing!

I recently had my roof done by Orion. They did a great job and were very professional. Jos was amazing but not pushy, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. No complaints from me. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
