  Don't waste your time. Had them out for an estimate for a job, never heard anything. Called back a week later and was told my estimate will be ready by the end of the week. Nothing. Called back 3 more times over the next few weeks, and each time was given the runaround. "Oh let me look into that for you and we'll get back to you". If you're looking to waste your time, this is the company for you. If you're looking for a roofing project to get completed, better call someone else.

  Outstanding customer service! I was in a panic over the ice, snow and icicles on my mothers roof after the latest big storm. I left a message over the weekend. The office followed up when they opened Monday morning and had their folks out to clear everything that very afternoon! Thank you soooo much!
