  ARPS adjusters and Omnimax LLC, who work together, forged my initials to have my insurance check made out to them and also asked me to give them an extra cash deductible, which was clearly robbery and illegal. I am making sure they don't get away with this and will expose them. I also spoke to the Nevada State Contractors Board, and they notified me that they are not licensed. Please stay away!   Good afternoon, Mr. Hernandez. I am writing to you on behalf of OMNIMAX LLC, the company that assisted you during your insurance claim process. We have seen the complaint you posted regarding the service, and with all due respect, we would like to better understand the reason for your dissatisfaction, as throughout the entire process you responded to calls and messages, and every step was coordinated directly with you, including the appointments with the insurance adjuster. As reflected in our records, the first inspection could not be completed because at that time access to the roof was not authorized. Subsequently, during a second inspection, with your authorization, the inspection was conducted in the presence and with the knowledge of the insurance adjuster, who has evidence that everything was discussed and approved directly with you. Our sole role was to act within the legal framework, assist you during your claim, and achieve the approval of 100% of the roof, which was successfully accomplished. At no time was any action taken without your consent. We fully understand and respect that you are not obligated to proceed with the roof construction with any company. That decision has always been and will continue to be yours. However, we can affirm that our work was performed properly, legally, and for your benefit. It is confusing to us that otherwise is being stated, considering that you personally visited our office to sign a construction contract and responded to calls and coordination related to the adjustment appointments, which demonstrates that the process was known and accepted by you at all times.   This company is pretending to work with insurance as an adjuster, however they do not work with Insurance. One of their sales reps came to my house for an insurance claim and told me there was no damage to the roof and that i should drop my claim and buy a roof cash with them. I already have a contractor. They are lying about working for insurance and are trying to use insurance appointments to sell their roofs. I'll be reporting them to insurance companies as well for fraud.
