Great experience start to finish. Professional work all the way. My roof looks great and was done in a day and part of a morning. Clean up of the site was also top notch. Highly recommend!

Kelsey came out to look at our roofing issue and helped us find a much more affordable solution to our problem that didn't profit him at all. We are super grateful for his honesty and putting our family before business. What a rare find! Five stars for honesty, integrity, and putting the customer first!

I always try to use locally owned businesses when possible, and Olson & Legatt are a superb business. They are responsive, responsible, and do the work when they say they will and at the price quoted. Excellent!

I called Kelsey and he was over on my roof in 15 minutes to give us an honest assessment and he was extremely kind and informative. He also gave me a copy of his book. Thank you for your help!

Kelsey Olson and his crew are exceptional !! The project was perfect, cleanup for me was nonexistent. If there were 10 stars, they would have it. Can't say enough, only people to have for your roofing job !!

I've been in the construction business all my life and i have met the good and I've met the bad. Kelsey Olson is absolutely one of the good if not the best. You can tell this isn't just a job to him it's a passion. Honestly have never met a contractor as devoted to his work or customers. He's fast, responsive, and he doesn't mind when you bug the hell out of him. Lol The previous owner must have loved raking snow off the roof and i thought for sure i would be replacing it but Kelsey was honest and told me the damage was superficial and the roof still had plenty of life. He could have easily took my money but he was straight with me. It seems every realtor in town trusts this guy and now i see why. They don't make em like this anymore. Thanks again Kelsey, you can be damn sure you'll be the one i call when it's time. Ps The book was a great touch man. (Excellence today means more work tomorrow)

Amazing guys who will ensure you and your home are taken care of. They have been able to prioritize us quickly when we had water leaking from the house's previous roof, and later got out for a fast and cost-free inspection when we thought …

They were able to get my roof done in two days! They cleaned up every last nail and we're extremely respectful while we were working from home. You need to give them a call.

Very professional. I had my roof cleared off and they showed up right on time and cleaned up the snow afterwards. Plus they were very reasonable in their price! They will be my first call next time!!
