Really good experience with Ohio Roof Masters. I was a little weary about going with a metal roof at first, but I’m really glad I did. They made the whole process easy and everything turned out great. Good people and solid work.

About a year ago I had Ohio Roof Masters do my gutters and they did a really good job. When I decided to upgrade to a metal roof, they were the first company I thought of. Just like before, everything was easy and they did great work. Really good people and I’m glad I went with them again.

Living in the Lima area, the recent winds had me a little worried about my roof. I called to have someone take a look and was honestly impressed with how smooth everything went. The inspection was thorough, everything was explained clearly, and there was no runaround or confusing sales talk. What stood out to me was how efficient and straightforward the whole experience was. The issue was identified quickly and the work was handled right away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It’s not always easy to find a company that’s both helpful and honest, but that was definitely my experience here. If you’re around Lima and the winds have you questioning your roof, it’s definitely worth giving them a call.

Roofing Services Lima Northwest Ohio's winters don't give Lima roofs a clean break between seasons. Lake-effect snow loads the surface while Ottawa River humidity works underneath it, softening decking, accelerating granule loss, and pushing moisture through every flashing joint that wasn't sealed right to begin with. By the time any of it shows up inside, it's been working on the structure for months. Ohio Roof Masters' 21-Point Inspection covers all four phases: surface condition, every seal, attic health, and drainage with CompanyCam photos delivered before the inspector leaves your Lima property. Around 30% of the roofs we inspect in Allen County don't need replacement. We put that in writing first. GAF Certified Plus. BBB A+.
