Jim Gates the owner could not have been more helpful. I was so happy to find a local contractor. He was courteous, and his team did an amazing job. Love our new roof!

Jim was very pleasant and friendly to work with. He was "low pressure". Easy to get a hold of. Showed up on time. His team did a good job. Would definitely work with him again. Very personable like a friend. Genuine nice guy. He outsources the gutters and they did a good job as well.

Jim the owner was wonderful to work with. We had a very old roof on an old house in Bethany West and he gave us a fair price with straight forward contract. He is always available for any questions if needed. The roof was replaced in a timely manner and neatly done. When the crew left you couldn’t even tell they had been there. They were very professional and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Kudos to Jim and his team for my beautiful new roof! Upfront Jim took the time to talk us through options without a sales pitch. The job was done neatly, and cleanup was done very well also. As they were doing the work neighbors commented …

We had our roof replaced by Ocean View Roofing and we couldn't be happier with the result. The customer service was great. Jim is fantastic. We paid a fair price for excellent service. Jim was on-sight through the process, We've received many compliments on how nice the roof looks. We highly recommend Jim and Ocean View Roofing.

Tip: Ask Jim about having gutters done as well, you won't regret it! My Wife and I had bought a house that was past due for a new roof. While we started the dreaded process of getting quotes, we had Jim come out first. His quote was a very good price for what we needed. Although it was our first quote, and he said he does get pricing from others to keep competitive so we don't need to shop around. I didn't believe him on face value and gotten a couple other quotes and found he was not lying. He the best of what was offered. It is not all price with Jim though, his customer service is top notch. While all the contractors were polite and friendly, Jim was better. He talked to us about the house, the area and really put us at ease with the move and everything. We had picked a blue tile for the roof and Jim came over to show us the tiles and gave us some recommendations, for as he said, "It is a beautiful blue, but your roof will really be BLUE". We ended up switching to an oyster gray/blue tile, and greatly appreciated him looking out for us, end result the roof looks great and really fixed up the look of the house. His service didn't stop there, he then asked about our gutters (they were original and were weather very much). The price and quality was impossible to say no too! In conclusion, Jim is fantastic and I would recommend him to everyone who needs work done on their home. He also helped me with our Starlink setup, by setting the dish on top of the roof and shooting the cable down to the attic. His really does look out for his customers and wants the best for them.

Jerit, the owner of Ocean View Roofing is a great person to work with. Once you speak to him, you'll know that he's really dedicated to providing a great service to his customers through roofing, new construction and much more. Definetly give him a call if you need a local roofer

The owner Jerit came right out and repaired the leaks. Noticed a small wet spot after next rain and he came right back out and fixed it as well. Even took time to call my home warranty with me to get everything submitted.Could not be more impressed with this company. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
