  Just got my siding replaced by the ocean team. Chris came around the neighborhood soliciting. Seemed like a good guy so we heard him out. We really only wanted the wood in the front of the house fixed. We needed up changing out the siding with James Hardie siding and they did an amazing job. Job was done within a week. Crew was clean and on time. Whole process was smooth! thanks Chris and Victor!

  I live in Orange County, and Ocean Home Construction recently replaced our roof and painted the exterior of our home.   Just did a California front exterior refresh with the ocean team! Chris came out and gave us all of our different options. As much as we wanted to go with the James Hardie option, we opted just repaint it with the texcote paint. House looks amazing and we only paid $8k for the job. For something that we’ll never have to do again, im glad we spent the money. Thanks Chris and the ocean team!

  Chris and Victor came knocking in our neighborhood. Really nice guys, unlike other door knockers. They gave us an estimate with the texcote coolwall product, which sounded too good to be true. But honestly it looks amazing. It only cost 35% more than just standard paint

  Just got my roof replaced by the Ocean Home Team! Victor and Chris came by knocking our neighborhood. Look like nice guys so we took a chance on them. Our roof was old and we knew it was time to replace it. We had 2 other door knocking companies come out but we kicked them out when they became too salesy. Chris and Victor gave us a whole different experience. They showed us different tier options on roofs. And fit our budget. Roof came out to $34,600 which was right in the middle of the 2 other companies. What really stood out was the fact that they were guaranteed by Directorii , which is a 3rd party Verified company. It was a no brainer. Process was all good. Happy to have let the them do our roof in Buena Park !

  Our home's siding and stucco in Garden Grove were in rough shape, and we thought we'd eventually need a much bigger renovation. Thankfully, Chris and Victor from Ocean Home Solutions stopped by and gave us an estimate for the exterior. It was a bigger investment upfront, but knowing we won't have to repaint for years made it worthwhile.   Chris and Victor were incredibly knowledgeable and quickly identified the source of the problem (a leak that was causing damage to my attic). Their attention to detail allowed them to catch the issue before it spread into the interior of my home and caused even more extensive damage. They were thorough throughout the inspection, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I fully understood what was happening. It was clear they cared about finding the right solution, and their professionalism and expertise gave me confidence that my home was in good hands. Very amicable people. 10/10!

  Just got my roof replaced by the Ocean Home Team! I had 3 other estimates come out before him. He was out knocking the door and figured I’d give him a chance. Same day went up on the roof, talked about how he started on his own, and made a deal with him just because it was the best pitch I had gotten. He was very detail oriented and knew exactly what he was doing. Pricing , was mid tier. He wasn’t the lowest, I had 2 bids at $18-20k , he was at $24k and the highest was $26k. Felt like it was the better choice because of the warranties he offers which are backed up by a 3rd party. I would highly recommend Chris & the ocean team!
