If I could give zero stars I absolutely would!! We suffered extensive loss on April 20th, 2024 during a storm while I was 35 weeks pregnant. The project manager who came told us this would be a “one stop shop” and praised the technicians that would offer us quality work for affordable rates. This is NOT what we experienced. The work that was provided was poor craftsmanship to put it nicely and the customer service that we received FROM THE OWNER has been poor as well. We have asked for a more than fair refund for the work that was done poorly, as well as for the work that was never in fact completed AND for the receipts of the work that was done ONLY TO BE IGNORED OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I did not want to have to leave a review, but I felt it necessary that our experience be known so that it can hopefully deter others from making the decision that we did in choosing this company. Please do not rely on the “5 star reviews” as feedback, or rely on the project managers promises as we can tell you firsthand that this company is NOT what they claim to be!!! The photo for reference is of the boards that sat in our yard for MONTHS that were intended to be used for our deck which was done horrendously and is dangerous due to banisters not being secured properly and the wood being bowed due to this neglect of leaving it for so long!

These guys are crooks. My house got destroyed by a storm last year. Oc roofings guy promised me they'd fix everything. Everything they did has issues. I let the owner know I wasn't happy and he just blamed his crew destroying my house on …

Driver of the pickup with license plate reh 4892 cut me off and then when I threw my arm in the air and did nothing else he decided to break. Check me. You need to do better background checks on your drivers. This guy is extremely reckless

Did a very sloppy job on flashing over the front entrance. They attempted to fix it and didn't help at all. Got a price for a another company to fix it and asked for a discount on the total. They refused. Even gave them a lead that got them another full replacement job. They still won't make it right. Very disappointing!

If you have a roof with a chimney and use this company you are in trouble. OC roofing put a new roof on my house June 2021. Our roof is leaking around the chimney at the roof line. October 9th, I contacted the roof contractor Gary and said our flashing is leaking. Chris and Gary supporting the Lavonia office came to my home Nov. 1 and told me that flashing does not stop roof leaks. They said that the metal cover over the flashing stops water from getting to the flashing. Chris went on the roof and said there were three places he could see the silicone caulk pulled away from the brick probably due to the summer heat. Chris applied more silicone caulk at these three places. I said that i do not want a temporary fix, silicone will not hold. They said i would have to inspect the silicone every year. I told them but my roof is new and did not hold 4 MONTHS! I asked if i could remove the black metal cover and apply roofing tar over the flashing myself but Gary said that would void my warranty. So I asked if I have to keep this leak in order to maintain the warranty? They did not reply. I called, company owner, Richard Ozborne November 11, he said they would contact me Monday. I called back Nov 18 and Richard said he would have them call me back. We now have damage inside our house and are not able to repair the ceiling sheetrock or floor because water runs down the outside of the chimney into our den and onto the floor. We have removed our carpet. Today is November 30th. I have still not heard from anyone I called last Tuesday and spoke to the office manager who said someone will contact me. I called today and left a message.

Julie, I'm sorry that you weren't a fan of our service. This should never be the case. Our team has worked on many roofs with chimneys. This is quite an unusual problem. There could be many other factors that caused this issue. We'd love to chat over the phone so that we can discuss this in detail. Please give us a call. -Richard Ozburn and Scott Caylor O.

Roof replacement due to Hail damage. We found an experienced roofing Contractor, Jim -w OC Roofing Systems LLC who took the reins and guided us through this process including all aspects of our roof replacement. We also had an independent adjuster involved in cost analysis. This damage involved the main single level roof , the Tin/metal carport covering and a secondary out-building. He had a large metal container placed on the property within days and the race was on. He had a great group of guys that basically had the whole job done. In 1.5 days . Zero Problems and handled with great confidence and professionalism. Thanks Jim and Crew!! Looks like a new 1968 ranch style house once again. Thanks to Jim Truver and OC Roofing Systems llc. We are very happy with our New Roof!
