  Provided a full roof tear-off and asphalt shingle replacement during the winter season. communication was excellent from start to finish, and they quickly handled every question and concern. The pricing was clear, the estimate was easy to understand, and the final bill matched the quote with no surprises. i also liked using the HOVER app, which used photos of the house to measure the roof and help create a remote estimate. The roofing crew was fast, organized, and efficient, and they did solid work on the roof system. the house looks great, and the new shingles really improved the overall appearance.   Luis is now handling the roofing and exterior work on his own. We had several jobs that needed attention, including patching the roof where an old chimney vent used to come through, removing an old entry structure, replacing siding and skirting, and adding two porches at the last minute. It was a small crew, and they were also balancing other roofing projects with tighter deadlines, but they kept us updated and we were glad to work around the schedule. Some of the siding material was newer for the crew, so a small nail spacing issue came up during inspection. They were responsive about it and are already working to correct it so everything can pass properly. The roof patch, porch work, and the rest of the exterior repairs were done very nicely, and overall we are happy with the quality and service. Our home in Brooklyn looks much better now, and we appreciate the honest communication and hard work throughout the project.

  We recently bought a home in Brooklyn, and soon after moving in we found a ceiling leak that was coming from a chimney flashing issue.
