  I hired Nunez Roofing to fix a leak around one of my roof plumbing vents. The "Solutions Manager" Joshua came out and suggested replacing all the vent flashings and install new decking to replace the areas that had previously rotted from earlier leaks. Things started out good but got progressively worse. Two separate workers were sent out to complete the job which took a few hours. I had noticed from my attic that one area of rotted decking was not replaced, but I figured there must have been a reason for that. The Solutions Manager Joshua was not present during the job so I let it be and trusted their work. However, during the first heavy rain a couple days later I noticed a steady drip coming down the vent pipe from around the rotted area that was not replaced. This vent was not leaking prior and I would have thought the new flashing would prevent a leak despite the decking not being replaced. When I informed Nunez Roofing that I still had a leak they were quick to respond and sent people out to fix the issue. Again, the Solutions Manager Joshua came out, and I showed him the video of the leak and pointed out the rotted decking had not been replaced. A few hours later he was back with another worker(s) and the supplies necessary to replace the rotted decking and install a new flashing. However, things quickly got worse from there. The repair job lacked a certain level of professionalism even with the Solutions Manager present. For some reason this time they decided to lean their ladder against my bronze gutters causing paint chips to come off required a touch up to prevent rust from ultimately setting in. While repairing the paint chipped gutters, I noticed a few roofing nails in my gutter around the downspout. The newly installed flashing was a different color than the other six or seven they installed the first time around. Finally, a couple days later when my wife was heading out to pick up our take out order, we noticed we had a flat tire due to a roofing n

  Nunez Roofing replaced our gutters and downspouts and did a great job. We then had them replace 3 dormer sidings again doing excellent work. Very pleased with entire projects and prices were very reasonable.

  Alejandro (Alex) was able to replace our roof from hail damage for insurance reasons within a week, exactly on time so our insurance policy wasn't cancelled. We were given a horrible 25 day deadline. He saved the day!!! We also just had their seamless gutters and gutter guards installed. Great Job Jesus's team!!! I have nothing but 10 stars to give for the professionalism, the workmanship, and overall quality experience our family received from Nunez Roofing and Seamless Gutters. I would recommend them to everyone of you!!!

  I highly recommend Nunez Roofing LLC for any major home exterior project! I wanted to wait for couple years to really tell the difference. They completed a massive job for us 3 years ago, replacing the siding and skirting and adding a vapor barrier and foam board insulation that has already improved our home’s efficiency. Last year they also completely redid the roof with the same high-quality insulation and vapor barrier, topped it off with a durable metal galvanized roof and new gutters, and even redid the sunroofs. Their attention to detail on the custom metal work and the complex layers of insulation was impressive. Very big difference in electric bill! At least a 40 percent drop! If you want a professional team in Sulphur Springs that truly does it all, Alex and his crew are the best choice!

  Wonderful service. Very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Nunez Roofing. They assessed the repair needed and went to work. Great outcome, our roof no longer has any leak issues. Metal roof. Repair included the replacement of metal panels, vent pipe vent boot and installing oversized screws. I will call on them if I need any other repairs or service in the future.
