  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They still owe us $2500 refund for work not completed. As others have said on reviews, they are scammers and will take your deposits and never show up again. We gave them a large deposit, they came and removed all our roofing and then didn’t return, they asked for another deposit for materials, we reluctantly paid them because at this point it was raining and we had no shingles on the roof. After a second and third deposit they never showed up again, took all our money and disappeared. And it got worse, call after call we would only get text responses saying they can’t finish the job but will refund us $2500, they even sent fake e-transfer screen shots, complete scammers. We ended up having to hire another company, and that cost us extra because of the sloppy prep they did was wrong and would have led to water coming into our attic. NPR is unprofessional, liars and scammers, avoid them completely. Not sure how they can feel good about taking people’s money and then continually lying.

  Well I'm glad I read the reviews here . We asked for a quote back in April of this year for soffit eavestrough and possibly a new steel roof. A person came out did measurements and then we never heard from them. Sent an email NO RESPONSE and a phone call NO RESPONSE also. Professional people respond , I will be calling someone else that takes business more seriously and respects reaching back out.

  Insanely unprofessional people. I recommend not to hire them at all. He was rude as hell with my wife and kids upon having some conversation about work. Stay away

  Sorry but you were hired to clean our vehicles, you lied from the get go saying you were local to Walkerton and trying to feed your family, when actually you were a company from Brampton and sent 2 workers who showed up 4 hrs late and did a horrible job. Fake review

  I first spoke with them in Dec 2021 and sent them photos and plans for the work I was wanting done (full steel re-roof, new steel porch roof, replace/repair two bay window roofs). They came out within a couple of weeks to do a quote. The person doing the quote was very nice and professional. That is where the professionalism ended though. Long story short, I spent 4 months unsuccessfully trying to get a quote back from them. They seldom answered the phone and when they did, they just made false promises. They didn't once return any of the numerous voice messages I left and basically just tried to ignore me. I eventually left a message for the owner to try and resolve but, of course, didn't get a reply. If the job wasn't of interest to you or you didn't have the capacity, you could have simply had the common courtesy to be direct and tell me that from the beginning instead of wasting my time. Instead you chose avoidance and to string me along which I find extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

  The 2 Young men that did the job were hard working and did an excellent job. It was nice to see such young men work like that and took pride in doing the job right. Don’t see that much these days. Highly recommended 👍

  Recently had my siding and eavestroughs replaced through Mike and NPR. Mike showed great care to detail when it came to my material requests and colours. He walked me through the process and worked within my budget. He team was nothing but professional and kept a very clean worksite. I look forward to working with Mike Crawford again.

  The technical support prior to instalation was excellent and eliminated any uncertainty about the product selection and method of instalation. The team of workers arrived on time and quickly protected the surrounding area plants and decks. Removal of waste was quick and efficient. Instalation of the new roof and vents went smoothly. Cleanup was completed after each day. Recent winds of 60+ kph and rainfall of 10mm/hr did not cause any problems with lifting shingles on the mansard or the roll roofing. Overall a great job.

  We just had to write and say how pleased we are with the service and job James and his team did for us replacing our roof. Such a great team of professional Respectful gentlemen. During the year end tornado/hail storm last year our Property received a lot of damage from our vehicles to our house, shed and pool shed. Due to covid effecting supply chains, then the snow season starting, we had to wait until Just recently when we had good enough weather to start. James and his team came out a day after our Rep Chris from Service Master contacted them to come out and make sure Everything was fixed and sealed up good while we had to wait. Their attention to detail was amazing And everything was taken care of leaving us with no worries of any future damage. Between now and then we had A few instances where some heavy winds blew off more of our effected shingles off our roof, But James and/or his team were out next day and took care of everything needed right away while we waited For good weather to start. Our roof is finished now, and what an amazing job they did. The crew James had come out from NPR roofing Were VERY professional, respectful and replaced our roof within days. They immediately cleared everything away That may get damaged, covered and tarped the entire area around the house where they were working, and each day they were finished, Cleaned everything up 100%, and gave us an update on what’s been completed, and what’s being done next day. We are really confident, the siding and other areas will go just as smooth and turn out just as great. It’s bad enough going through an experience having all your structures damaged, vehicles heavily damaged, and having to worry About what could be damaged while the winter season had us wait. James and his Roofing Team made us feel 100% confident With no worries, and we could not be happier with the entire experience so far, and with every worker that came to fix our home We would definitely recommend James, his T
