I used N&C about 6 years ago for roof repairs and their service was excellent. Professional communication, great work. So when I had more repair work to do last spring they were first on my list. I discovered that the person I had previously dealt with had retired so I spoke with his replacement. It was like day and night compared to 6 years ago; one of the worst experiences I have ever had. He lied to me THREE times about putting together an estimate for me, THREE times. He even pretended to make appointments to take measurements, etc. Appointments that he obviously never had any intention of keeping. Not even a call to say he couldn't make it, just a no-show. Three times. Fortunately I found a very professional roofer who did an excellent job. Under this new guy, you really need to avoid this company at all costs.

Impeccable work and exceptional service
What Norman & Collie Inc says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Norman & Collie Inc. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
