  After reading all of the great reviews, I decided to call NJ roofing maintenance. I never expected such horrible customer service. They were supposed to come to my Home 2 times, they never showed without even a call to let me know anything, even promising to come before the insurance company would be out to my home, the second attempt. Very disappointed would not recommend.

  ... Update 11/22/23... Multiple leaks occurring 2 years after completion. One earlier this year and one this month. Have been trying to get them to come out and inspect / fix this one leak for over a week now! Owner has stopped answer my phone calls, text messages and emails.

  Had a great experience with this company. We contacted them because we had a roof emergency. From first contact until cleanup, the whole process took about 3 days to have a new roof. They were professional, informative and helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

  I called NJ Roofing at 2:00AM during a storm when my mother's roof was leaking and they came right away and fixed the problem within a few hours. They were very helpful and professional and did a great job in repairing the 2 holes. Their quick action prevented further damage. I highly recommend this company.

  Exceptional Service!!!! If I could give NJ Roofing Maintenance more stars I would; not only did he do a superb job with replacing the roof on my families home in New Jersey, he also coordinated with our tenants to ensure they felt comfortable during our roof repair. NJ Roofing Maintenance completely removed our old roof and installed a new roof the same day. Quick backstory: My roof was damaged from a string of violent storms, we contacted our insurance company and after an incorrect assessment they suggested we only replace the part of the roof. NJ Roofing Maintenance did a full assessment and urged the insurance company to provide coverage to replace the entire roof so the home is up to code. He complied the details of his assessment in a document that I was able to use for the insurance company to get more from the insurance company to cover the roof replacement. Unfortunately the insurance company refused to pay the entire cost of the roof installation but we were able to get them to cover an additional 20% of the cost which they initially refused to do. Appreciate Jermaine for all of his hard work and dedication to helping homeowners. It’s rare to find someone that truly cares for their customers the way Jermaine does. Thank you NJ Roofing Maintenance! 💙
