Called for estimate on July 14th. Said they'd get back to me later that week. Next week and still big fat zero. Don't want the work, at least let the potential customer know!

The crew were friendly, professional, and diligent in their attention to detail. They worked long hours on our steep, complicated roof and the results are fantastic. We recommend them highly and I'm sure that Stephen, Jamie and Mike would be as exacting in any renovation project.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Nicholson's roofing and siding. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
