The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Niagara Exteriors. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Does your driveway, brick home, wood decks and fences look tired? Call Shaun. He has all the product, equipment and expertise to refresh your outdoor areas. I'm amazed! My driveway and eaves troughs look as good as they did when installed. Thank you Shaun for your professionalism and ability to work within my budget to accomplish a beautiful, fresh look to my home.

After the windstorm 2 weeks ago I lost a lot of my roof . So I contacted Niagara exteriors . They were at my door the very next day. Now keep in mind we had Christmas , Boxing Day and new years to get through during this time . They still facilitated everything, in a very timely manor, including dealing directly with my insurance . They came and tarped my roof right away to give me comfort that my home would be safe for the holidays . The delivery of supplies came the morning of New Year’s Eve and today January 3 rd my new roof was installed . I was extremely impressed. They left the area very clean and free of all debris . Very happy with their work and would recommend .

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 10 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 10, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Niagara Exteriors. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
