  Eh.. they promised the world in terms of getting auxiliary damage reimbursed from the hail storm. They did ok on the roof. Have no way to gauge that I suppose. We went with them because they were so confident in getting other things repaired and once the papers were signed, they put the burden back on me to get the things they promised reimbursed. I blame me. I had doubts in the beginning. I believe my rep is no longer there but doesn't really change anything.

  I had Nextgen come replace my roof in 2019. They did a terrible job. In 2020 I had bats in attic due to holes they left in the roof. I had board on the roof replaced by them and they didn’t us H-clips to secure and those boards are now buckling, nails are below shingles so rain is getting on them and rusting them, they didn’t cut the ridge line properly. All needs repaired and they stopped taking my calls. They refuse to take accountability. Edit to add: no damage due to animals. No H clips added to boards replaced. Ridgeline not cut properly. Holes that sky is seen through the roof line. Buckling in boards they replaced due to no h clips and nailing not done properly.

  We explained all warrantable items. Animal damage is not covered under any warranty I have ever seen. Your warranty covers leaking I am VERY glad to hear your roof is not leaking. Im sorry after 6 years you have maintenance to handle.

  Took a year to show up.every contractor that showed up called me at work and said they would not start until I wrote them a check. Was charged for work they did not do until I caught it. Fought over final amount for couple months,got final bill was $360 at Thanksgiving. Within a week threatened legal action because had not received check yet. Very poor contractors would not recommend

  Thank you Steve, yes we require payments per the terms of your contract! If you do not pay the past due balance since thanksgiving (its now christmas) , no amount of bad reviews will prevent you from going to collections.

  We used NextGen for roof repair for wind damage, and ended up adding gutters/downs. In the beginning everything was great, communication was spot on, as we were struggling with the insurance company at that point. Then once the documents were signed and first check was wrote it was dead silence for a few weeks. The roof was repaired, and later that night a random guy stopped at the house to pick up payment, with no notice, not even to verify that we would be home. After that, SILENCE!! Finally after multiple phone calls, with different reasoning, supplies were not it, or someone will call me back, I finally got the rest of my work done. I signed my documents on July 8, 2022 my roof was repaired on July 28, 2022, and the completion of the rest of the work was not until November 2, 2022. Now in December they are trying to tell me that I owe way more money that what my signed document tell me. I have been given two different dollar amounts that I owe from two different people at NextGen, seperate from what my contract states, and they are stating that the amount on my contract doesn't account for the supplements. I have no records of these "supplements" I have not signed anything stating anything additional was used. I definitely do not think that this company has their processes in check and need to reevaluate how they conduct and keep track of their material usage. They have been responsive to get their money. I would just save your time and patience and use a different company.

  All communication regarding all bills etc was communicated transparently with your insurance and you on the communication. The supplement your complaint is about is literally the same process from when we started. (Which in your words was great while we struggled with your insurance) When your insurance didn’t originally pay you… we filed a supplement on your behalf. Which got approved… as we continued work we found items your insurance did not pay for but owed to complete so we completed those items and billed your carrier. Im sorry the project took longer than you like however 20k homes were damaged in this storm and everyone in every industry is short staffed. Thank you for the feedback. We are working to correct the delays asap.

  So a year after new roof/gutters. Gutter guards are not working. My gutters are filled with pine needles. A nextgen employee came out and took pics confirming. I've spoken to the office 2-3 times over a period of a month and no resolution. Not very happy! In response to your response; "your office told me the issue was elevated internally and someone would be in touch and that never happened"!

  Were sorry that you are dis satisfied with the performance of your gutter guards. As a service company we are happy that you don’t have any issues with our installation of these many 3rd party products. Like the office said please call the manufacturer for any design/ functionality complaints

  I’ve heard good things about NextGen. Zach came over delivered above expectations though. He was very knowledgeable. Took me on the roof to show me where the problems were. Helped walk me through every step of the process very smoothly. He wasn’t rushing me through anything. Zach was teaching a class of one on my roof and around my house. Made sure I was taken care of even after he left. Kept me updated. Zach is an awesome representative of the company. He really impressed me. He wasn’t just talking he put in the work. He didn’t use NextGen’s name to sell services. He sold his work ethic and knowledge then used NextGen to back up his claims.

  We had a hail storm in the area a few months ago. This led to the equivalent of ambulance chasing from so many companies trying to get our insurance money to do replacements. This ended up with way more working trying to ensure companies were trustworthy and not just out to get the quick buck. From the beginning, NextGen was great to work with, and that's why we ultimately selected them. Up front, Jon was amazing to work with, and probably a large part of why we went with NextGen. We were amazed by the time and level of detail he took in his inspection process. He took lots of photos and not only walked us through each one to explain what the concern was but also shared them with us for our own records. He seems to always be working, and we were super impressed with him. The day of the roof replacement went very smoothly. Their team showed up bright and early as they said. The roofing team was friendly and super efficient. They finished everything in about 8 hours and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I was impressed by the amount of protection they put down and how careful they were to try to get all debris picked up and gone. Brandon Pierce (Quality Control Specialist) was also super helpful the day of. He stopped by and made sure everything was progressing nicely and then came back at the end of the day to inspect the work. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with NextGen and would definitely recommend them to others.

  If you are looking for reliable exterior work, I highly recommend Brandon P. from NextGen. They just finished up my garage roof and gutters, and the quality of work is outstanding. The team seamlessly handled the installation, ensuring the roof edges, flashing, and gutter runs were all perfectly aligned and watertight. What really stood out was Brandon's professionalism.
